Notes on building Everything

Every note given while making the app, in the order they were written. 832 notes, 41,090 words, still being added to.

  1. 1

Also, we don’t need to put Monday Tuesday etc on top of every day, just at the top of the calendar

  2. 2

x xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxx

  3. 3

Create a minimalist pictogram instead of this emoji

  4. 4

In the homepage, the circle cannot be full if I am only at 65 out of 100, the circle needs to reflect achievement level.

  5. 5

We also need to show in the homepage the 3 categories, how many pages I need to read today, if I have a goal of a certain tasks a day, how close am I to reaching that goal and how close am I to realising my projects as well

  6. 6

    Three categories of logging:

  7. 7

Craft is daily practice of writing, photography, graphic design working out etc

  8. 8

Consumption is reading, learning watching films etc. It is daily.

  9. 9

when i wake up and open the app this should all be in my home page so I know where I stand. So when people do the initial configuration of the app they get to add all these details as goals and then they can track them with the app

  10. 10

Creation is fully realized and released projects such as weekly short film, or a goal or benching 100kg for example

  11. 11

In the workout page, let’s remove the log workout button, instead I want a clean page with a + button, when I click on it we get the popup now I don’t much like the way the exercises are organised, I’d prefer a list rather than having them side by side and I’d prefer if the categories of muscles were more clearly separate from the exercises. Also, when the pop up opens that allows me to pick the sets and reps, I want them to be arranged vertically on top of one another rather than side by side. And when I save a set, I don’t want the pop up to close so that I can add more sets if I want, then I can swipe down and the pop up closes. I can click on the set to reopen the pop up and make changes.

  12. 12

Not quite there yet but better. The options I want are: 1, Daily, where I can pick everyday, every 2 days, 3 days etc. 2, Weekly, where I can pick which specific days of the week and every week, every 2 weeks etc. 3, monthly, just ad the option to do every month or every 2 months, every 3 months etc

  13. 13

On the homepage it shows all the things relevant to today. All my tasks for the day, progress etc. if today is not a workout day then exercise shan’t be on the home page. Now when it comes to reading I want it to work thus: when I log a reading session, I can presently enter what page I am on, I now want an extra button, a “tick” or the like to simply say completed, this way if I finish a book I do not need to enter a numerical value. Now, once that happens and I have completed a book, a pop up opens in which I can see my “up next” selection and either choose from one of those books - which to read next - or alternatively I can enter a new book, enter the page number etc and a new 7 day countdown begins.

  14. 14

Also, when I go in the calendar, I need to be able to click on the logged activity to edit them or simply see more.

  15. 15

In calendar mode: if i click on a specific day the colors circles need to expand in the box to become more visible.

  16. 16

In backlog there’s completed tasks but there should only be tasks that haven’t yet been started

  17. 17

Merge goals and life design page. Make goals the third page in life design and call it creation

  18. 18

    New workouts aren’t showing

  19. 19

In the fitness page/ today page, remove the tracking metrics, keep them visible only in the analytics page.

  20. 20

In skills the book tracking is on all three pages

  21. 21

actually, let's try something different, i want to be able to toggle between the pie chart view and a visual muscle groups view that highlights each group in the same way as the pie chart

  22. 22

On the monthly view we’ll have the month in the middle and an arrow on each side. once we collapse to weekly view, the same, except the arrows allow us to move to the next or previous week and the month name in the middle allows us to go back to monthly view.

  23. 23

The issue with the top of the screen’s gap extends to every single page, we need to make them all consistent with the homepage.

  24. 24

When I am creating a workout and I click on update a certain exercise, I cannot then exit that mode to add another set, whatever I do affects that selected set and I am forced to edit it.

  25. 25

When I erase logged tasks on creative page then leave the page and return the things I erased are back

  26. 26

How are we going to optimise the day/night button so that it doesn’t clutter our minimalist ui.

  27. 27

    Page count is inconsistent

  28. 28

One important thing is: if when i open the app my ia is to log a workout, i wnat to be able to do that quick and easy with no friction, no extra steps, open the app click in workout boom!

  29. 29

xxx xxxxxx xx xx xxx xxxxxx x xx xxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxx x xx xxxx xx xxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxx xx x xxxxx xxxx xxx x xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xx xxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxx xxxx

  30. 30

I want to remove the top bar completely. Long press on the bottom bar to go to Home Screen now.

  31. 31

In workout, when I click on a set or rep to manually enter a number with the keyboard, the keyboard remains after and cannot be removed after.

  32. 32

Copy the aesthetic of the WhatsApp bottom bar and its Liquid Glass exactly, same size, smoothness etc.

  33. 33

An issue with our rings, we have workout and craft which fit into the same category of craft in reality, as a result there is no ring for consumption.

  34. 34

When I first open the app and start setting up, if I log a workout, this should also be reflected in Craft that a workout was done.

  35. 35

In the people section we need to go in more depth, we need to have a list of the people in our lives, they birthdays etc and reminders for them.

  36. 36

Let’s remove the days at the top of the screen.

  37. 37

2, legibility, the text is too small and everything is hard to read because of lack of contrast: I need the background to become darker and the text to be brighter.

  38. 38

almost there, I want to number itself, inside the magnifier to be super crisp but I want the inside edges of the pill to have similar distortion to a magnifying glass

  39. 39

Let’s remove the home screen icon, instead, if I long press on the bottom navigation bar it takes me back to home screen.

  40. 40

Next: the workout page needs to be made more intuitive, when I start logging a workout or going through an existing workout where I might want to edit based on my current lifts I want the system to be seamless.

  41. 41

Also, I want to be able to navigate between those 3 tabs, life design, calendar and diary. i want to be able to swipe sideways from one tab to the next in that same area at the top that I use to swipe down and close the app

  42. 42

xxxxxx x xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx

  43. 43

I need to be able to edit milestones in creation, change their percentage, name etc.

  44. 44

More in depth logging for craft so for example if I have a goal to do a handstand I can attach a picture of my current ability then I can track my progress this way.

  45. 45

there should be a daily to-do list on the homepage

  46. 46

In consumption reading is always highlited at the top so i can pick new book weekly etc and backlog etc but I dont have this option for The others or categories I add myself. I should be able to add a new category: listen to a specific number of albums weekly for example and add a backlog etc.

  47. 47

In consumption, the list of units is limited i would like to be able to add new ones.

  48. 48

In workout logging mode, if I get a pr on an exercisr this should be highlighted, with a small star in the far right of the lone of the set.

  49. 49

Home page recents should be in chronological order

  50. 50

Long press Consumption button on bottom bar opens notes.

  51. 51

A list called things to address where i can rank tasks in different tiers of priority, add deadlines etc so i know all the tasks i have to complete and how urgent they are

  52. 52

I don’t necessarily work out everyday so in my workout goals i should be able to set up specific days. Ditto for every task.

  53. 53

The everything title at the too should be removed.

  54. 54

Lets make the rings customizable. Consumption, sleep, craft and creation are not customisable but the fifth is. In my case for example i pick gym to be the fifth. This means that in this case, gym is not part of the craft percentage for the rings. This also means that people is replaced by by consumption for now but it is an option one can pick as fifth.

  55. 55

xxxx xxxxx xx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx

  56. 56

xxx xxx xxxx xx xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxx x xxxx xxxx

  57. 57

xxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxx

  58. 58

In creation page, the progress bars should have different shades of that same yellowish orange depending on their category.

  59. 59

from now on, icons in recent should be colored.

  60. 60

When I track progress in Craft, the progress bars, which are different from the others as they are not continuous progress bars, should be green like the craft category.

  61. 61

At the moment when I create a creation goal I have to then go back into it via edit and set milestones etc, this is wrong, it should be at the same time as I name it etc, and I should be able to go back and edit it.

  62. 62

After I set milestones I should be able to save them as presets so I don’t have to start from 0 every time.

  63. 63

On the homepage, the pulldown to open calendar is too sensitive. Also i don’t want the calendar icon to appear, the haptic feedback is enough.

  64. 64

One thing that’s missing is an analytics page. This will be our fifth page on the bottom bar and it needs to be the place I can track all my data, my progress, graphs, curves, over time, days, weeks, months etc. put as many ways to track progress in there as possible.

  65. 65

When i add a milestone and press add it takes me back to the list of milestones. It should automatically take me back to the bottom of the page so that if i need to add another milestone, the add milestone button is easily accessible. At the moment it takes me to the top of the page and i have to scroll down which isn’t intuitive.

  66. 66

When i set milestones, i am unable to edit or delete them, this is wrong, I should be able to easily do that by clicking on the milestone anywhere but on the tick area to the right below the precentage.

  67. 67

When i press add milestone i should automatically be taken to the text field instead of having to manually click on it.

  68. 68

Also, I want to add a diary where I can input one sentence a day as a kind of note on what the day was like. Then at the end of the week I can pick a sentence to highlight from my previous 7 days. Then at the end of the month I have 4 sentences from each week to choose from to highlight for this month, and so on and so forth. Find an intuitive way to place this, not as a new button in the bottom bar, nor as a button above the rings on homepage, surprise me.

  69. 69

The pull to open calendar requires too much pull, make it a tiny bit more sensitive.

  70. 70

When I log my sleep, I should be able to input the specific hours I slept from in order to determine how long I sleep, keep the same controls: slider and + - buttons

  71. 71

When I click on settings and go to the rings section, the workout and sleep functions are partially hidden by the drop down menu option, this is wrong, the entire text should be visible and the layout should remain consistent. Please find another way to visualise the drop down option.

  72. 72

When you reset data, things to address remains, this is wrong, resetting data should wipe the scale clean completely.

  73. 73

In creation, within a project, the next action/ what moves this forward should not be an editable filed, it should automatically show whatever task is next based on which is the last to be completed.

  74. 74

In creation, when I want to make a new project or edit an existing project and I pick “custom” for the type of project, I can’t create a new fully fledged category, this is wrong, I should be able to create a brand new category, pick from the many icons available and add parameters to it like the others.

  75. 75

When I set a craft daily time goal, I can only pick from 15 minutes intervals, please change this by adding a slider and + and - buttons like we did elsewhere on the app, this is more intuitive.

  76. 76

In analytics, when I change from week to month to all, the view doesn’t change, it still says daily score. There should be a weekly score and a monthly score. Especially when taking into account tasks that are measured weekly such as watching films for example: watch 2 films a week, this means that a 7th of two films is 100% of daily score and should be measured accordingly if for example, watching 2 films is the only consumption goal this entire week. The same way 1 seventh of a book is 100% of reading’s daily goal.

  77. 77

When I reset data, craft still shows 100% even though nothing is logged.

  78. 78

i want the app to be responsive and adapt too. say i always workout at 9am on sunday and tuesday and at 2pm on friday, if i open the app around these times, it should automatically open to the workout page on my workout for the day

  79. 79

in workout, if i do an exercise with assistance i should be able to set the weight in the minuses to signify that i am using assistance.

  80. 80

When I’m logging my exercises during a workout , if I click on the numbers between the arrows that take me from exercise to exercise it should bring me to an overview that shows the list of exercises I have in my workout and their sets.

  81. 81

The sleep ring shouldn’t work linearly. If the goal is 8 hours, then 4 hours shouldn’t be 50%, it should be closer to 15 %, as getting 8 hours of sleep is so important and 4 hours is far from optimal. This isn’t something that should be customisable in the app.

  82. 82

As soon as i start logging a workout, a timer should automatically begin. And if im copying a workout i should manually begin able to

  83. 83

When logging interaction with a person, when I click “other” it doesn’t allow me to add a new category. This is wrong.

  84. 84

The monochrome modes are not fully monochrome, for example, in the creation page, the icons are still yellow and in things to address, the dots are still colourful.

  85. 85

In the main creation page, projects in the everything else category should be ordered based on which one is closest to be finished at the top, and furtherest to being finished at the bottom

  86. 86

Fade at the top of the screen is still missing and the rings should sit 5 percent higher on the page and there should be 25 percent more space below them, between the icons and the rings.

  87. 87

In my recents, it doesn’t show that I added progress to one of my projects in creation, this is wrong, recents should not be named recents but rather “timeline”, it should change and it should be improved, it should show everything I did today in chronological order and at what time it was done. I should also be able to set specific times for specific tasks or recurring tasks but not forced to. If I add a task I can change what time the task; craft, workout, creation etc. was completed but I don’t have to. For this, take inspiration from the structured app’s main screen, see how it flows simply and intuitively.

  88. 88

When adding a craft, these should be saved and become visible in my add discipline page in the future.

  89. 89

If I add a single task inside a milestone, it should represent half of that milestone, if I add two tasks, they each represent one third, three tasks, they represent one quarter etc.

  90. 90

When I press on add milestone, it should automatically take me to the text field and open the keyboard.

  91. 91

In the main creation app, I should have the option to say I want to see them in chronological order, in completion order, by category etc.

  92. 92

When I look at my diary entries, there isn’t a place where I can see all of my entries in chronological order, this is wrong, I should be able to see every line written and when it was written.

  93. 93

Target for sleep shouldn’t be a set number, 7.5 hours to 8 hours is the goal and should be seen a 100 % any other number is either too high or too low.

  94. 94

    Exercise needs a calendar

  95. 95

I want a search bar similar to apple intelligence where i can search for anything such as when’s the last time i had 8 hours if sleep or the last time i saw this person or went to this place or did this exercise etc.

  96. 96

the 5 categories are now: movement, rest, consumption, craft, creation.

  97. 97

There should be a list of all the exercises i want to do in a week and they get ticked off when done and how many times. This way i can easily see if i’ve done an exercise or not.

  98. 98

When I am in calendar view, I want to be able to scroll up and down to other months instead of having to use the arrow keys.

  99. 99

When I create a new creation goal, it should automatically add 5 milestones without names at 20%, 40% etc.

  100. 100

Minimum Detection Radius is too large

  101. 101

The homepage features quick action buttons under the rings for quick log but this takes us to the same page as the bottom navigation. This is redundant. The quick action buttons should exclusively be for logging something quickly, say I start a craft like drawing, I want to time it, then I go to quick action button. The bottom navigation should be the place we go to set up the category, its parameters, check analytics etc, more in depth, there should be a clear distinction.

  102. 102

When I swipe up in homepage to open the calendar, that calendar still doesn’t allow me to swipe to other months. Additionally we currently have multiple calendars, this is extraneous. I want one single calendar that contains all the information and allows me to retroactively edit past entries.

  103. 103

The exercise page is a mess. We want as little as possible in its homepage and at the bottom: the navigation for analytics, weekly schedule etc. its homepage should just be today’s workout and if one hasn’t been schedule for today then it should be 2 options: start new workout or copy existing workout. since we now want a unified calendar that contains all the categories, that calendar needs to be accessible from every page, same as the homepage, a long swipe down to access it.

  104. 104

We need to rethink how we measure daily score as it should be affected by weekly progress too. I should be able to set up a goal of finishing one creation goal weekly for example.

  105. 105

When I tick “what’s the one thing today, the round button to tick moves to the left side. I want to be able to click that button to untick it.

  106. 106

Exercise is still a mess, the bottom bar now works, but there are too many things on its homepage. Its homepage should either be today’s workout session, if one has been scheduled, or two buttons: start new workout, or use existing workout. Analytics, history, goals etc should live in the bottom bar. So if I open the exercise page on a day I already did a workout, I should only see that workout on the homepage. If I didn’t do a workout, I should see the two options I mentioned.

  107. 107

When I click on the rings to access settings it takes me to a popular from which I can click on the settings button, this is extraneous, it should immediately take me to settings.

  108. 108

In movement, when I set up a scheduled workout I am unable to go back and edit it, this is wrong.

  109. 109

For grip exercises i should be able to pick left hand and right hand.

  110. 110

The workout timer doesn’t stop when i press finish.

  111. 111

I should be able to long press a set in exercise to move it up and down. Likewise when i look at the full list of exercises in a workout. This is still not working properly.

  112. 112

The movement page is still unsatisfactory. Analytics and schedule should simply be part of the bottom bar, not pop out like they do as some of their text is currently getting cropped out by the main bottom bar. i have provided images to assist you. don’t copy them, I just want you t understand the philosophy. Image 1 is what I want to see on a day where no workout has been scheduled: 2 options, that’s it, everything else lives in the bottom bar. Image 2 is what I want to see on a day a workout has been scheduled: the list of exercises for today, that’s it.

  113. 113

The animation to delete exercise set by swiping is quite ugly.

  114. 114

When I swipe to open calendar it still opens to may 2026 instead of the current month. This is wrong.

  115. 115

In workout I shouldn’t have the option to start another, only to continue the existing workout. Also let’s do away with the workout timer.

  116. 116

We need to find another way to hide the search bar but make it accessible at all times, (it shouldn’t be on the homepage like it is now) the swipe down is no good for the search bar, keep it just for calendar and make it more aggressive for calendar as it was before.

  117. 117

I want you to review the entire app closely and look for any issues, over complications, inconsistencies etc, those are unacceptable and need to be fixed. Every action should take the least amount of steps possible, less is more. Take a close look, take as long as you need then build a brief for opus 4.8 to execute, I will review that brief and send it once I am satisfied.

  118. 118

You’ve moved the rings to close to the top of the screen, could we access the search bar by long pressing the bottom bar?

  119. 119

In the movement page, still some issues: firstly, exercise should be in the middle of the bottom bar with charts and plan to the right and places and timeline to the left. Timeline should not contain exercise, just movement like places I’ve been to and when etc. remove the history button from the analytics page it’s unnecessary. The plan page should have a simple “close” button in the top right rather than what it has now: done with an icon to its left.

  120. 120

The quick log button for creation is also bad, it only allows me to log a single creation project, I can’t access all of them. And I am unable to pick which milestone has moved forward.

  121. 121

Same for the quick log button for craft, it’s bad and it only allows to start a timer even though some craft categories are not timed.

  122. 122

When I click on the quick log button for consumption it doesn’t give the option to log pages for a book. Also the pop up is bad, it should be more intuitive and allow the user to log easily and seamlessly.

  123. 123

Also, the search bar doesn’t search all the data as it isn’t able to find my daily diary entries, this is wrong. The search bar should allow me to find anything I may be looking for.

  124. 124

Also, in the homeoage i have a “state”questionnaire but i don’t know where this is stored and it feels like everytime i open it it has reset. This option should show up on homescreen in the morning and in the evening at a set time and once i conplete it it should disappear and save that data. If i want to edit it inbetween, i can type state in the search bar then decide to edit my ladt entry. And this data absolutely needs to be recorded in order to build an accurate picture of my progress and how my behaviors affect it.

  125. 125

The settings page feels messy. In movement, when i’m in pr mode, the percentages are not aligned vertically which feels messy. In consumption, i can tick track books and scripts but i cannot tick the other categories instead i can only pick how many in each category per week. This is limiting, they should all have the same options, a lot of options so i can customize them and i should be able to tick each off or on as well, there shouldn’t be a separation between books and scripts then the rest. When i edit a category in craft, i shouldn’t have to scroll down past all the icons options, this should be a small collapsed menu that i can choose to open. In creation, remove the text that says “counts progress added today…” you get the gist, i want consistency across the board and no unnecessary clutter, everything should be as easy and fast to do as possible, if I’ve forgotten anything, i trust you to fix those too.

  126. 126

The movement tracker doesn’t work. It dorsn’t track my movement to different places, i have been to work then back home multiple times and yet timeline hasn’t recorded that.

  127. 127

When i open a result from the search bar, it takes me to that day, not to the particular result i clicked on, and there is no way to exit that view, i have to close the app then open it again.

  128. 128

When i click on a day in calendar, i still get a black bar at the bottom that partly obstructs the view.

  129. 129

In the trajectory page, the title, “trajectory” is not the same distance from the top of the screen as the other pages.

  130. 130

In calendar there should be a button to return to today in month view and day/week view.

  131. 131

In movement timeline, i should be able to collapse the days although they appear uncollapsed by default.

  132. 132

We need to add meditation and journaling and stretching and sauna and cold plunge to the rest category.

  133. 133

The trajectory title is still too low compared to consumption, cradt and creation, they should all have the same soacing from the top of the screen

  134. 134

When I open a day in calendar view there is still a small black bar at the bottom of the screen obstructing. Remove it.

  135. 135

When in workout, looking at the list of exercises, when i click on any of them it always opens the first exercise instaed of the one i click on.

  136. 136

When I open rest, the menu should be the same as before with sleep tracker taking most of the space whilst the other options: meditation etc should be below that and easily accessible to log, done/not done, duration etc.

  137. 137

In movement, when i go into charts, then every past session, i am now able to long press to delete them, this should effect the day it happened’s score as I am removing a workout session which means emptying the movement ring.

  138. 138

In calendar there are a few issues, 1, the order, past months should be above the current month, not below, and future months should be below, at the moment they are not visible. Also, the today button is placed awkwardly at the moment, a long press anywhere on the screen should create small haptic feedback and take me to today, if I am in month view, it should show me today and stay in month view, if I am in week/day view, likewise, it should take me to today whilst staying in week/day view.

  139. 139

In the settings for rest, sleep in 70% of that ring. meditation is 20% of that ring. Any one other thing is 10%. So if I get 7:30 to 8 hours of sleep and meditate, that’s 90% of my ring, if I do anything else, stretch, sauna etc, that’s the last 10%.

  140. 140

In exercise, when i see the full list of my exercises, the weights and sets should be aligned vertically, as in the first digits should be aligned, always and they should be moved to the right as the title is on the left. Keep in mind that when I get a pr, a star will appear, this shouldn’t disturb the alignment as it is doing now.

  141. 141

In all my past days (ones where i haven’t logged anything yet) the consumption ring still shows as full or half full. This is wrong.

  142. 142

Additionally, please analyse the app for any issues, inconsistencies, things that could be made simpler or better, friction points that can be removed and report back so that I may approve before making those changes.

  143. 143

When I go to calendar and look at past entries, in rest, I should see the total sleep time AND what time I went to sleep AND what time I woke up.

  144. 144

In calendar, the long press to get to today should be less long and the haptic feedback stronger and happen sooner.

  145. 145

I hit a pr today in exercise but my ring hasn’t closed, this is wrong as i set pr mode for movement.

  146. 146

additionally, i would like you to fix the settings page, it is cluttered and messy, in the rest section there is unnecessary text that says: "any durationinside the range..." that should be removed. also the range of ideal sleep should be customizable and other forms of rest should be included here with customisable percentages. Ditto for movement, there is useless text: “a completed workout earns…”, remove that. Consumption looks messy, find a more elegant way to make every category easily customizable in the same way, also, at the moment, books and scripts are bundled together which is wrong as they are too different things and one should be able to customise them separately.

  147. 147

The haptic feedback when I long press on calendar should arrive immediately.

  148. 148

The number at the centre of the rings is a little too small.

  149. 149

Any other things come to mind to improve the app? The goal is for it to be a complete momentum engine, it should be seamless to use and track what matters/ interpret that data to point the user in the right direction. Could the trajectory page be improved and made more digestible and easier to interpret?

  150. 150

Is it possible to long press the bottom navigation bar to open the search function instead of having a button top right of the screen?

  151. 151

How close would you say that the app is to being launch-ready?

  152. 152

In exercise, in my goal page, if my goal is a 100 kg bench press and I hit a pr of 80kgs for 5 reps, the app should estimate what my 1 rep max is based on that, the research suggests it would be between 90 and 93kgs in that specific case so there should be a second, semi transparent bar present there that tapers off/ fades from 90 to 93 where it disappears. Obviously, this should be applied to every eligible lift but not for a goal of 4 sessions per week.

  153. 153

Calendar haptic now fires immediately on touch-down; returning to Today should trigger after 0.2 seconds.

  154. 154

Let’s remove the next best action.

  155. 155

The estimated 1RM in exercise goals shouldn’t be a separate bar, it should be like the YouTube bar, two separate bars overlapping with the 1RM one being behind the other, it should be 40% transparent until we get to the estimated range where it should taper off there and dissolve. For example, on bench press, it should be 40% transparent then from 90 to 93, a gradient that goes from 40% at 90kgs to 0% at 93.

  156. 156

When I open movement and am on the exercise page, I can see the workout I did today. I should be able to long press an exercise and select delete.

  157. 157

Do as much research as you need and tell me what do my competitors in this genre of app do better than me? What’s missing from our app, what are some clever things people have found to make such an app easier to use, more useful, more addictive?

  158. 158

In calendar, when in month view, there is too much haptic feedback because if I scroll up or down I still get haptic feedback which is wrong. Likewise in day/week view, as I scroll sideways or up and down I constantly get haptic feedback, this needs to be fixed, make the haptic feedback happen after a slightly longer press. Also, when I look in day view and open the rest drop down, it only shows sleep and not the others such as meditation, this is wrong and should be fixed.

  159. 159

The exercise/movement page feels overcrowded, we need to organise better, compress and make it feel less dissipated, this means we are getting rid of the bottom navigation. First, timeline and places should be combined into one page that deals with movement. Second, in the main workout page, remove the bouldering icon in the top right, bouldering should be accessible by searching for an exercise just like any other physical activity and we’ll put 3 icons up there instead: 1 for movement log, which will - as I mentioned - contain both timeline and places and the settings for this function. 2, charts, and 3: plan, now in plan, I want more flexibility, I want to be able to say that a given workout is planned for the week but hasn’t got a chosen day yet, it’s pending essentially. I also want to be able to schedule all the exercises for the week and how many times I want to do each in a week, this way as I go and do my workouts I can see if I need to do any specific exercises before the end of the week and how many times. If you have any other suggestions to make the movement\workout page feel less crowded and more easy to navigate then please apply them.

  160. 160

I want our timeline in home screen to be more like Structured, more easily digestible, less boring, it needs to communicate through its form, not just by reading it. Also, at the moment, under each item it says the category of it which is redundant since the icon already communicates that so remove the text that says the category

  161. 161

Also, in trajectory, you have made the widgets thinner which looks awkward, bring them back to their original width, consistent with the rest of the app and remove the what am I testing widget.

  162. 162

What we are missing from Duolingo is the haptic feedbacks in appropriate places and the animations when one succeeds, let’s apply that to our app, when something gets logged as completed or if one is exceeding yesterday’s score in a given are. Additionally, let’s apply the exercise goal philosophy of the transparent progress bar. Now, looking at the rings, I want to be able to swipe on the rings to show a 40% transparent version of the rings that shows yesterday’s score which I can then try and cover with today’s ring if I exceed it. Then if I swipe again it shows me this week’s average score in the same way, then if I swipe again it shows this month’s then if I swipe again it goes back to normal view.

  163. 163

Remove quick capture from search bar.

  164. 164

In movement log, I need to be able to pick a smaller radius than 75 metres, bring it all the way down to 15 metres at the lowest end.

  165. 165

For the transparent rings, let’s go for 25% instead of 40%. Remove the text inside the ring. Below the ring, don’t write “today” when in normal mode, just leave it as it was before. When we swipe, just write yesterday, week, etc. and the score next to that, not inside the ring. And don’t put the navigation icons next to the text below the rings, just the text: yesterday, week, month.

  166. 166

I am unable to edit my state log after having completed it.

  167. 167

I can’t edit my workout goals

  168. 168

we need more haptic feedback and more personality to the app like duolingo, it’s very important we take inspiration from Duolingo to make the app more user friendly.

  169. 169

We need an end of week and month wrap: you’ve lifted this amount of weight, spent this amount of time writing, read this many pages etc, un compte rendu. Also how much time i spent at the gym this week, at home, also this month etc.

Add birthdays in calendar and events reminders and recurring tasks that will appear on todo lost in homepage when appropriate.

  174. 174

Add pomodoro technique: a timer option when quick logging something which will obviously then be reflected in my timeline and show how long I spent on a certain thing AND will also affect my data so at the end of the day or week I know how much time I spent on creation, craft etc. and on which projects.

  175. 175

my movement should be added to the homepage timeline. Where i go when etc.

  177. 177

When I scroll up and down the page a thin grey line appears on the right to indicate that, remove it altogether.

  178. 178

stretching should be moved to movement as an exercise category rather than in rest.

  179. 179

I should be able to set deadlines for my creation goals. Say for example I want to finish a novel within the year, then I can set incremental goals like finish the outline in a month, first draft in 3 months etc.

  180. 180

when i cross something off in my todo list, it should then be categorised chronologically in the “done” section so i can know when it was done.

  181. 181

Pomodoro timer should only appear when pressing quick log from the homepage, not on the actual craft, creation, creation pages.

  182. 182

When in exercise, when i look at my list of exercises for the workout and click on one exercise it always takes me to the first exercise which is wrong.

  196. 196

xxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  197. 197

When I swipe the ring to compare, it still shows the wrong score for yesterday.

  198. 198

At the moment, if I log a workout by accident and want to delete it, even if I delete every set and the exercise becomes empty, it stays logged in my ring instead of going back to 0 as I delete it. This is wrong, I should be able to easily cancel a workout and the ring should react accordingly.

  199. 199

The rings are mostly good but some of them need some work. Rest and movement are good, simple. But consumption is confusing. Let’s look at it more closely: weekly, I have set goals, to read a certain amount, watch a certain amount of films etc, this is my total for a successful week, this total gets divided by seven so that I each day I need to do one seventh of that total to close the ring. This is how it should work. At the moment it doesn’t work properly.

  200. 200

In consumption, when I add a book, I should be able to edit the book length if I mistakenly entered the wrong number.

  201. 201

Automatic detection of my movement works well, remove the confirmation popup.

  202. 202

In creation milestones, when I add tasks, those tasks cannot add up to 100% of that milestone. for example, if I add two tasks to a milestone, each is 33% of the milestone and I have to tick the actual milestone to complete that milestone.

  203. 203

When i click on a quick log from homepage, the popup should open full screen like it does for rest instead of me having to drag it up. And we need to improve the logging mechanism to make it easier and faster and more intuitive, use long presses, haptics etc and also, the pages feel to busy, we need to simplify everything, now when I click on consumption quick log from homepage, if I want to log something I shouldn’t have to click on a specific thing like the book I’m reading or films etc, I should be able to log directly from that page without it becoming overcrowded.

  204. 204

Another issue is that calendar shows I have workout planned tomorrow and workout with xxxxxx as if I have 2 workouts which is wrong, how can this be fixed?

  205. 205

We are currently working on the calendar which is quite thin at the moment. I was about to send claude code this message: “let's change a few things in calendar. 1, the months should be full screen rather than how it is now where i can see two months at once. this will give us more space to deliver information. the dots are a good system for the calendar to show what is happening in each day.” Do as much research as you need to determine what is the optimal way to structure and present and for the ui of the calendar based on the best calendars in existence, how minimalist can we go? what buttons do we need etc.

  206. 206

A recurring issue is the inability to undo something I recorded, for example, I accidentally logged that I watched an episode today in consumption but then I can’t unclog that, I deleted it from my timeline but when I go to the consumption page it still shows as logged, ditto for the ring in the homepage.

  207. 207

Also, in exercise inside of goals, I want to be able to set a goal for assisted exercises as “0” and the app should calculate that if I can do 5 assisted nordic curls with -23 kgs then I can do one with less assistance etc just like it does for the other non-assisted exercises.

  208. 208

The issue with exercise is that I can plan workouts for the week AND have recurring windows which leads to confusion in calendar where some days display 3 workouts as planned. This needs to be fixed. 1 single place to plan workouts where I can say I want to do this specific workout each Sunday for example and only that will be displayed in calendar and saved altogether.

  209. 209

If I quick log a craft, I have the option to pick what it feeds, this information should be remembered so that next time I log that craft again it is selected automatically with the option for me to pick another if I so choose obviously.

  210. 210

Now my goal is to make everything as seamless as possible. As you can see with the swipe to calendar, hidden setting etc. we can also access the search bar to search for everything by long pressing the bottom bar. The first button to the left in the bottom nav is to get to homescreen, i want to get rid of it and only have 4 buttons at the bottom and find another seamless way to return to home screen from anywhere. Any ideas?

  211. 211

1, calendar is always accessible from any page by swiping down and settings is accessible by tapping the rings at the top. There is a clear difference between the bottom nav and the quick log icons below the rings but it does need some work to differentiate them further. At the moment, rest is a small category so quick log is enough, movement is a big category and it contains workout where i log and plan and see data on my workouts and the places i go and how long i stay there. The other three categories contain their own settings and the ability to add or edit things from the bottom nav whereas the quick log icons only allow logging, ticking things as done etc. the timeline already allows editing and deletion. Combining the spearhead and the todo list makes sense, i will do that. We’ll leave the how are you, right now as it only appears in the morning and the evening and takes a few seconds to log then disappears. I don’t love the momentum pill, i’d prefer if it was wider and i don’t like the colored dots below it just before the quick log icons. That momentum pill, we need to find a way to make it contain more data whilst staying discreet.

  212. 212

  213. 213

The pill below the rings should remain as thin as it was before, just expand in vertical width. With momentum score on the left and weekly overview in small to its right.

  214. 214

Also. When I navigate between pages by clicking on the bottom nav icons, the pages appear by “swiping” in quickly, remove that, I want them to appear like they did before: seamlessly.

  215. 215

On homepage, the spearhead shouldn’t have a + button, the whole spearhead is clickable so that’s enough. Also, there needs to be some kind of subtle separation between the spearhead and the todo list.

  216. 216

The all tasks button below the todo list is also too large, find a more subtle way.

  217. 217

As I mentioned before, the quick log button for movement is now exclusively to log a workout so the plan button, chart button etc on the top right shouldn’t be visible when I click on the quick log icon from homepage. Also, if I have a workout planned for today, when I click on the quick log button, the workout should be there automatically regardless of what time it is planned for.

  218. 218

You’ve removed the option to say that today was a rest day of travel day from the pill on homepage which is wrong. Bring it back.

  219. 219

Make the bottom nav icons 40% larger.

  220. 220

If a task in craft is categorised as “done or not done” and I start a timer for that task, regardless of the amount of time spent, that should mark that task as complete once I end the timer.

  221. 221

xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx x xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

  222. 222

xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xx x xxxx xx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxx xx xxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxx

  223. 223

The pill below the rings doesn’t feel balanced, there is empty space, make the week scores take more width and do the same for day mode so that each of the three: momentum, day mode and week take one third of the pill in an elegant manner without excessive negative space.

  224. 224

When logging a workout, there’s a “previous” section that shows the lifts I did last time, remove that. Ditto for the text that says “negative weights record…” and the effort RPE counter and two buttons: warm up and plates, they are unnecessary clutter.

  225. 225

Now, the bottom nav icon for workout is no longer a place to log a workout so today’s workout should appear as a collapsed category instead of taking the whole screen, making more space for all the other functions of that category.

  226. 226

Also, when I open workout from quick log it is still not showing the numbers from my latest session which were higher. Please fix that.

  227. 227

Now we need to create greater differentiation between the Quick Log icons page and the Bottom Nav page so that there is a clear distinction between what they do. The Quick Log is just about logging, whereas the Bottom Navigation is more in-depth.

  228. 228

If I had an event in the calendar, it should show up on the specific day on my home page in the to-do list. For example, I added an event that should happen tomorrow in my calendar. This should be shown on my home page tomorrow. This also means I should be able to set up my spearhead for specific days in advance. Say, tomorrow I have a specific thing happening, an important event. I can set that in my calendar and select that it should be the spearhead for that day.

  229. 229

So when I look at a workout that has already been logged, like with xxxxxx, it should always show the highest values for that workout.

  230. 230

In the calendar, when I add a person and I add their birthday, the reminder should automatically add it to that specific day.

  231. 231

When I look at my sets and workouts, they are listed at the bottom. When I go to change the weights and stuff, they are not aligned vertically. They should be aligned vertically completely: weights and reps.

  232. 232

At the moment, we have a to-do list, and we can also add reminders in the calendar. This needs to be combined into one single category to keep it cohesive. Birthdays, events, things to do: all of that is the same thing. As for mine, it should all be grouped together.

  233. 233

I mentioned that if I had an event in the calendar, it should show up on the specific day on my homepage in the to-do list. That means it needs to be tickable, just like other items in the to-do list.

  234. 234

When I am in a workout, when I open the Quick Log page, which contains some colour, the red is a little bit. That's the main page for the Quick Log workout. If I click on one of the exercises to change the weights and reps, and then I click on the bottom nav of that page, that should take me back to the home version that has colour, not a different workout. The same workout, but a different format. There should only be one format that contains all the exercises for me to view at a glance, all in one. At the moment, there's the main page, and then I click on an exercise. I can change the weight and rest, and then I can click on the bottom nav or on the name of the exercise, and it shows me another layout. This is wrong: just one layout.

  235. 235

In Workout, goals should not be a subcategory inside of Charts. It should be its own category as soon as I open Workout from the bottom navigation. Additionally, that category at the bottom navigation shouldn't be called Workout. It should be called Movements. Also, the header at the top that says "Workouts" has too small a size. It should be the same size as when I go to Craft Consumption or Creation. It should be aligned the same way with these same layouts, with the same size text, and it should say "Movement" instead of "Workouts".

  236. 236

We are going to change the size of the pill on the home page with momentum, etc. Let's make the pill the same exact dimensions as the notch or the pill on the top of an iPhone screen. You know the one of the camera? I want the exact same dimensions so that they are parallel to one another.

  237. 237

It seems that bouldering has been removed from the workout. I can't find it as a category in my exercises. Where is it? If it's been removed, can it be brought back, please?

  238. 238

I am dissatisfied with the calendar. At the moment, each month takes half of the screen, and the other half is negative space. This is wrong. I want the month to stretch to take the entire screen, each month, so I can swipe from month to month without negative space.

  239. 239

At the moment, the home screen has the spearhead, and then it has the reminders for today and the to-do list. Now, the reminders need to be combined with the to-do list. They need to appear as tickable items, just like the to-do list, so that I can tick them off when they are done.

  240. 240

I also want only three items below the spearhead. Today, for example, I have two reminders with the yellow icon, and then I have three or four of the to-do list items. This is wrong. I want all of them to be in the form of a to-do list, and I want only three visible under the spearhead, otherwise it takes too much space.

  241. 241

Also, on the home page, when I click on my tasks, which opens the agenda, the agenda is a complete mess. There's the full list of all the upcoming birthdays, and then there's a to-do list that's wrong. It should be today's to-do list, which may include reminders I've set for myself for birthdays, etc. The birthdays should be in a collapsed category, and I shouldn't see a list of all the birthdays for the year here. That's wasting space, and it's useless.

  242. 242

We need to fix the calendar. It's still not working properly: When I swipe, it lags, (even just opening the calendar by swiping down from homepage for example lags as well) as it swipes down to another month. The month doesn't take up the full screen. I can still see the name of the next month. We don't need to put the year next to the month. We need to find a place for the year to be at all times instead of repeating the year every time. Let's take inspiration from the Apple iPhone Calendar and the way it works. I want the numbers to be larger, and for each box to be larger as well. This way, it feels more spacious and not all cramped. Bring back the wheel around each day that shows how full the ring was on that day. You'll do it like a pie chart where we can see the different colours of the different categories and how much they were filled. This way, we can see just by looking at the ring quite easily. Make the boxes of each ring more clearly defined.

  243. 243

Yeah, on the home screen we have the pill that we can swipe to reveal the weekly view. This needs to be ameliorated. We need to remove the white line at the bottom. There's a white line underneath the bars. That's unnecessary, and the aesthetic needs to be improved as well. In terms of colours, it needs to be more clear the way it communicates.

  244. 244

Something I mentioned earlier, a while back, is that we need to create clear differentiation between the quick log buttons and the bottom navigation. For example, in Craft, at the moment, we can still log things in the bottom navigation, which is wrong. I shouldn't be able to log anything from the bottom navigation of Consumption, Craft, and Creation and for movement, I shouldn’t be able to log a workout from the bottom nav either, only from the quick log button. Instead, I do that through the quick log button, which means that the quick log pop-up needs to be improved for Consumption, Craft, and Creation. Also, it needs to be a proper pop-up, which means I need to be able to pull it down, not have to press the close button.

  245. 245

The calendar needs some work. We are going to copy the layouts of the Apple iPhone calendar.

  246. 246

We're wasting space at the top. We're going to have the block that currently has the close button in the calendar. We don't need the calendar title; that's redundant, so we'll put the month there instead of close. We'll have a button that says 2026 that allows us to see the full year and all the months in the year. The close button will be on the right instead.

  247. 247

The way we look at each day, let's bring back the ring. Bring it back around the number of the day, like a pie chart. There's no ghost ring; it will just be however much we've completed that day, which will be reflected in the shape of the ring.

  248. 248

The bottom bar that we currently have that allows me to look at open agenda, highlights, birthdays, etc., will go on the top bar as well.

  249. 249

Additionally, there is an app called the Amy app that allows us to create a split screen where we have our calendar on top and our to-do list on the bottom. As in, anything in the to-do list that doesn't have a date yet, we need to copy that. I want to be able to do the split screen the same way as the Amy app, but on my month view. The split screen needs to exist on the month view.

  250. 250

On the day view, when I click on a day, that means we're going to save space at the top. Currently, there's a Today and Go Back button at the top. We are going to change that. Remove the Today title and the Go Back button as well. What we'll do instead is to go back to the month view when we have to click on the day we're currently at, whether on the ring itself or on the number of the day. That will bring us back to the month view.

  251. 251

Just make the day I've clicked on appear red. If I'm on yesterday, it's grey just like it is currently, but if I click on today, the day appears red. This will bring the week row higher and save space on the bottom, which will be used for the collapsible split screen, just like the Amy app.

  252. 252

In calendar, for the inbox at the bottom, bring it back to the way it was: the orientation of the corners. Bring it back 180° back to how it was before.

  253. 253

In the calendar, when in month view, in the top left there is the month and year. They are not aligned and they are not the same size, which looks wrong. Please fix that.

  254. 254

At the moment, when I want to quick log crafts, there is meditation and journaling, which are actually in rest, not in crafts, so remove them from craft.

  255. 255

When I open the movement page, I can't open the gold section because it's blocked by the bottom navigation, so make it so I can swipe all the way to the bottom of the page, please.

  256. 256

In the routine section, nothing allows me to create a new routine, so this whole section needs to be improved. I need to have a plus button. I need to be able to just click on one of the routines to edit it instead of having to long-press. It needs to be improved all together to be more functional and easy to use.

  257. 257

On the home screen, inside of the pill, we have our weekly view. Make that monochrome and don't put an outline around the pill, just one single shape and a single colour.

  258. 258

On the homepage, when I open my calendar and I can see all my to-dos in the Anytime section, they are no longer labelled by urgency. That needs to be fixed, and you'd have the little coloured dots on the right to clearly categorise them. That dot should also be visible when I am in the calendar and I want to drop things from the inbox into a certain day. There needs to be that dot signifying how important that item is.

  259. 259

An issue happened. I finished the book I was reading, and it brought my score for today in consumption to zero, as if nothing had been done, so that needs to be fixed.

  260. 260

xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxx xxx xxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxx xxxxxx xxxx x xxxx xxxx xx x xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx

  261. 261

xx xxxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxx xx x xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx

  262. 262

xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx xxx xxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxx

  263. 263

xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx x xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xx x xxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxx xx xxx x xxxxxxx xx xxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

  264. 264

We need to add a feature in the calendar. We're going to change how the inbox button looks. We're going to change it to the exact same size as the home screen pill, except it's going to be at the bottom of the screen at the same distance from the bottom of the screen as the top pill is to the top of the screen.

  265. 265

Today i logged an interaction and took a note inside it but when i use the search bar and type a keyword from that note nothing shows up.

  266. 266

We need to work on the agenda. It needs to be a more fully-formed space in the app.

  267. 267

At the moment, for Calendar, there is a Month view and the Day view, but we're missing a Week view. I want to be able to swipe sideways to access each view seamlessly. Also the calendar lags every time I open it. This needs to be fixed.

  268. 268

When I open the search bar, it doesn't allow me to search for everything. For example, I took a note yesterday where I mentioned the number 300 in relationship to a call I had had with xx xxxxxx in which I logged a note, and when I type 300 in the search bar, it does not show up.

  269. 269

On my homepage, I have the to-do lists. Underneath the to-do list, it says Agenda, and there's a plus sign to open the agenda. Remove that. It's redundant, as I can just click anywhere on that widget to open the agenda anyway. instead of the plus button we’ll do a long press on that widget, anywhere on the widget.

  270. 270

In Calendar, the split screen between the inbox and the calendar needs to be improved and made smoother. At the moment, it's either closed or open, the inbox. I want it to be more like the Amie app, where I can open it as much as I want or close it as much as I want, and the calendar adapts in the background.

  271. 271

In exercise, we had a routine tab but the full list of exercises planned for the week is gone, this needs to be brought back.

  272. 272

When i am logging a workout, if i click on a set it allows me to edit, if i click on it again i am no longer able to edit it and i am neutral so if i enter new numbers it will create a new set. This means that the buttons that appear and say save set and cancel are redundant: remove them. From now on the default button below reps and sets will be save. If i click on a logged set it changes to update.

  273. 273

When i an looking at individual exercises while logging a workout and i click on the name of the workout, it should allow me to change the name instead of taking me back to the full list if exercises.

  274. 274

When I click on Quick Log for Exercise and I see the long list of my exercises for the workout, I should be able to long press them and reorder them as I please.

  275. 275

In the main movement page, there used to be a tab for me to put the list of all the exercises I want to do in the week and how many times, which would fill up as I did them. This needs to be brought back.

  276. 276

In exercise when i quick log and look at my full list of exercises for the day I am unable to reorder them. This feature needs to be added.

  277. 277

Also, there needs to be a clearer way to start and finish my workouts. There should be a clear start button for the workout and a clear finish button so that the app knows when I started it, when I finished, and how long it took. At the moment, it feels a bit loosey goosey in that regard. Also, I want to be able to swipe left just the same way I swipe left to return to the home screen from any of the bottom navigation pages. I should be able to do that from any page that is not a pop-up. For craft consumption and creation, that's not necessary because they are pop-ups, so I can just swipe down. Also, when I'm in calendar, I should be able to swipe left to go back to the home page. If I swipe right, it should take me from month view to week view, and then if I swipe right again, back to day view. If I swipe left, I return to week view. If I swipe left again, I return to month view, and if I swipe left again, I return to the home screen. This will gain us some space. We can remove the X button at the top right in month view because I use the swipe left to return to the home screen instead.

  278. 278

Also, I want to add a multi-timer in the exercise section when I log a workout. I just provided you with some images. I want to be able to create precise timings for each of my exercises and the rest periods in advance so that when I work out, I don't have to manually go to the timer. I can set everything in advance: how long each set will take, the rest in between, etc. I should be able to pause that at any time if I need to. Take inspiration from the images I sent you. As you can see, it is quite bold, big, and easy to see. I do want you to modernise it and make it more elegant and minimalistic. The important thing is that the colour of the background changes on the main page where the timer is going. Before it starts, there are 10 seconds, or you can edit that. The background is green during rest periods, blue during the set, and red when the timer is going. It's important that it's easy to see that the timer is big and the colours are bold to communicate clearly, so I don't have to look at it too much during the exercise.

  279. 279

We need to further develop the exercise analytics. The app needs to recognise if I do certain exercises. Say I do Bulgarian split squats on one day, and then the next day I do squats, but my numbers on squats are lower. The app needs to recognise that. Please extrapolate this to every kind of exercise and their relationships. The app needs to understand that.

  280. 280

In Calendar, you've made a mistake and added the button to go back when I am in day view. This is unnecessary, as I just need to click the day icon to go back to the previous view. Remove it.

  281. 281

Ok, it's good. The search bar allows me to search for everything in the app now. Double check that is the case, please. Now, when I type, the search bar expands and becomes very large. Please remove that feature.

  282. 282

In month view, we'll remove all the buttons at the top above the weeks to win space, and we'll access the yearly view by clicking on the days instead.

  283. 283

The inbox pill in the calendar needs to be moved lower so that it's closer to the bottom of the screen, in the same way/ at the same distance that the iPhone's top notch/pill is close to the top of the screen.

  284. 284
    • When I start the timer, the background should be green for the first 7 seconds.
    • It becomes yellow when it goes down to 3.
    • It becomes orange when it goes down to 2.
    • It becomes red when it goes down to 1.
    • It's red when I'm working.
    • It's green when I'm resting.

    That's the colour scheme.

  285. 285

The aesthetic of the workout timer is amazing, but some things need to be fixed. First of all, I need to be able to run the workout timer as I'm looking at my workouts. At the moment, if I exit the workout timer, it stops it.

  286. 286

When I go to the craft page, it shows how many days in a row I've done something, what streaks I'm on, etc. There's still this little circle in the top right of each widget where I used to click to select before. Remove that.

  287. 287

When I look at my calendar, I have the inbox pill. This inbox pill will now have only two views: It's in pill form. I click on it and it expands. That's it. It can't be pulled up further. It just has those two views.

  288. 288

I also need to be able to build an interval timer that's linked to a specific workout. For example, today I'm doing the workout called "with xxxx", which starts with bench press, three sets, then back squat, three sets. I should be able to say, "Okay, bench press, 20 seconds for the first set, then 3 minutes' rest, then 20 seconds for the second set," etc. I should be able to name the timer after the workout it's associated with and link it exactly to that workout. And I shouldn't start with a blank slate in the timer. Instead, it should already have all the exercises I will do and their order, and then I just need to add the length of the rest in between and the length of the exercise itself, etc.

  289. 289

At the moment, I can customise it, but then I have to manually type what exercise it is, which is wrong. Each workout that I have already set up that I do regularly, I should be able to associate the timer to it so that it will naturally appear when I do that workout.

  290. 290

Once again, I need to be able to toggle back and forth between the timer and the workout. The timer should appear in my notifications or at the top of my phone, just like a normal iPhone timer. Otherwise, it's quite wasteful if I have to keep going back to the timer myself. In addition, when it comes to the colours:

  291. 291

when I do the quick log for exercise, I should be able to swipe left to close that.

  292. 292

Now, if I start my interval timer and I go into my workout to see my exercises, the interval timer is blocking the bottom of the screen, so I can't swipe from one exercise to the next. I'm stuck there. You need to put that timer widget at the top of the screen, not on top of anything that already exists, otherwise the button behind it becomes inaccessible.

  293. 293

At the moment, on the Main Movement page, we have an Interval Timer tab, and when I open it, I can start a timer. Now this tab should be a place where I can build Bespoke Timers for specific workouts, so it should have access to all the workouts that I have created and named. I should be able to create a Bespoke Timer for a specific workout.

  294. 294

Also, I did mention that when we are on the movement page, the consumption page, or craft or creation, if we swipe left from the edge of the phone, it brings us back to the home page. This needs to be the same for when I open the quick log button for movement or if I go into my agenda from the home page. For example, I need to always be able to go back to the home page from any of those pages by swiping from the left side of the screen, just the way I would if I open the movement page from the bottom tab.

  295. 295

Now, when I open the calendar, it opens on month view, which is good, with the bottom navigation pill. That pill, I did mention, should be quite a bit lower so that it's at the same distance from the bottom of the screen as the iPhone's pill is at the top of the screen. In addition to that, when I swipe right from the month view, it opens the week view. At the moment, you've made a list where the weeks are on top of each other. This is wrong. I want the days of the week which are on top of the screen to be a constant as we go through week view, month view, and day view. They stay exactly in the same position. When I swipe right from month view and it opens week view, the weeks should be at the top instead of being on the side. It should be the exact same menu of days and weeks at the top of the screen, even when I go to day view.

  296. 296

Another thing about the bottom pill: when I click on it to open it, it should open in split screen, half of the screen, not full screen. It's either a split screen or it's closed and it's just a pill at the bottom of the screen. Now, when I am in month view for the calendar and I exit to see year view, the one single year should take the entirety of the screen. At the moment, I can see 2026 and half of 2027. This is wrong. The year should take the entire screen.

  297. 297

And the button that can be seen in weak view that shows agenda, highlights, people, and birthdays will now be accessible from the inbox button by long pressing it, instead of being a button only visible in weak view, which doesn't make sense. The important thing here is consistency. Whether I am in day view, week view, or month view, the seven days of the week will be at the top of the screen in the exact same place, with no other buttons up there. The difference is that when I go into week view or day view, there will be the date underneath the day that will be added. The inbox button is visible in all three views, and this is the place from which I can access birthdays, highlights, etc.

  298. 298

I did mention that when the interval timer is going, it should not cover other things that are behind it. Now, when I start the timer and I look at my workout, the timer on top is blocking the close buttons, so I can't close it. It should not overlap with existing buttons. Everything should be brought down a little bit lower to make space for the small widget of the live interval timer.

  299. 299

Since we are removing the icon and the text that says "inbox" in the bottom pill, we will put the month and year there instead.

  300. 300

To the right of the bottom pill in the calendar, add a small X to close the calendar and a small T icon to bring us back to today.

  301. 301

For the weekly view, take inspiration from the structured app: the way it shows everything that's been done with a little line connecting them. It just shows the icon with no text, but then, if I click on it, I can see the day where it's been logged.

  302. 302

If you think of any more things that should be added to make it easier to just set my workouts in advance to ensure everything is in the right order, etc. Also, I've noticed that when I get a PR on an exercise, the line for that exercise appears taller, and there's an extra grey line that appears. This needs to be removed. Every line should be the same width and height always.

  303. 303

When I go to week view, for some reason the calendar is broken into two sections, with one weird, messy-looking section at the top with a lot of negative space and just a little some tasks in there. Remove that. It should just be the entire week that I can scroll up and down on.

  304. 304

In week view, you've changed the view completely. I mentioned the way the week view is structured, so each day of the week is a line going vertically. I don't want a list. I want each day side by side, as it was before. I'll send you a screenshot of what I mean.

  305. 305

The bottom pill should always be in the middle, with the Today and X buttons on the right. The Today and X buttons need to be in a circle that mimics the shape of the pill, just circular. At the moment, they're very hard to click.

  306. 306

When I am in month view in the calendar, I can't swipe to August. It goes from July to September, so this is wrong.

  307. 307

Almost everything you've done is wrong:

  308. 308

The bottom pill long press should also work in day view.

  309. 309

The timer, the interval timer in workouts, is still on the top of the screen, and it's still covering the buttons, so I can't access the buttons for clothes at the top of the workout screen. The timer should not obstruct existing UI.

  310. 310

In week view, I should see everything that has been logged on that day, not just the workout, but anything: reminders, birthdays, if I read a book, how many pages, where I went. Everything should appear in that view.

  311. 311

When I swipe down, I end up swiping down beyond midnight, and there's empty black space. That should not happen. The lines should continue until the bottom of the page.

  312. 312

Also, when I am in week view:

  313. 313

On the Movement page, when I click on this week to look at my routines, and I click on a routine, and then I click on Edit exercises, as soon as I click on a certain routine (for example, I click on deadlift, which is supposed to happen Friday), I should see the list of exercises. I shouldn't have to click on anything to open the list of exercises. The usual list with a few coloured icons, etc., should appear immediately, and I should be able to reorder the exercises easily from there. This is the page where I edit my regular workouts, so it should be intuitive. I have provided a screenshot of the page I want to see when I click on a routine, this is what should appear below the which days option etc.

  314. 314

When I go out of monthly view and enter yearly view, this view is a mess. The yearly calendar with all twelve months should take the entire screen, and it should all be aligned and not messy, and there shouldn't be a button at the top of that screen which, when I click on it, currently brings me back to 2001. This is wrong. It should be removed. Instead, we have the bottom pill and the t and x buttons which are constant in every view of the calendar.

  315. 315

Also, when I am in month view, the month I'm currently in still does not take up the full page. I can still see the next month below. I can see the first week of the next month. This is wrong. The month should take up the entire screen.

  316. 316

The calendar's bottom pill should be brought lower, in order to match the distance between the iPhone’s pill at the top and the top of the screen. Also, when it's collapsed and it's just a pill, it should be a multifunctional button. Don't say inbox. If there are six tasks in the inbox, just put +6

  317. 317

If you look at the video I sent you, you'll see how seamlessly I am able to drag a task from the to-do list and drop it into any day I want in one of the blocks. This is what I want to replicate. Additionally, the week view should be similar to that of the video I sent you: just blocks, not circle blocks, where we can add things, and we'll keep using the icons instead of text for those.

  318. 318

In addition to this, I want you to do a deep review and check for anything that can be improved or removed, and give me a list for me to approve. Give me this after you've changed the two things above.

  319. 319

At the moment, in workout, there is a lack of clarity for when I've started my workout and when I've ended my workout. Today I have a planned workout, and if I open it in Quick Log and then close the tab, it logs it in my rings. It fills up my ring for workouts, which is wrong. I should press Start Workout, do the workout, and then press Finish Workout, and then it should fill up the ring. There needs to be clarity for when I've started my workout and when I finish my workout. At the moment, I'm never sure.

  320. 320

On the homepage, for the to-do list widget, we need to bring back the plus button so I can add to-dos from the homepage.

  321. 321

For the interval time after the workout, when it comes down to the last digit 321, the background should change to yellow for those last three digits.

  322. 322

I need to be able to create independent interval timers. For example, today I used the interval timer for the sauna and cold plunge to rotate between the two. That's not tied to anything specific, so that just needs to be an interval timer I create. I can name it sauna and use it whenever I need. In fact, we should add a sauna function. I don't know in which category, probably Craft, I'm guessing, maybe. I'm not sure. Let's discuss, but we need to add this function and create a different interval timer for it. Generally, we need to be able to create interval timers whenever we need, not necessarily tied to a workout, and save them and give them a name. Eventually, I want to be able to use this approach for the entire day to time block the entire day in the form of an interval timer that's customizable as we go to adapt to daily life, obviously.

  323. 323

Let's look at the work-out like a spotify playlist or an album. Each set, rest etc is a song with a duration.

  324. 324

Additionally, any other ideas you have to make this work better, to be more intuitive and simple to use, and to be able to contain every function in the app in this streamlined way, please go ahead and apply those.

  325. 325

At the moment, there is a black bar at the bottom of the player screen so that when I scroll down, it doesn't go all the way to the bottom and get stopped. This needs to be removed.

  326. 326

If I drag it down the page, then it collapses into the pill widget, just like on Spotify.

  327. 327

A few changes have been made to the app. Most notably, we've added something akin to an interval timer/Spotify music player. The idea is to plan tomorrow ahead. If I plan tomorrow today, I will set all my reminders and all the activities I want to complete and at what time. The following day, this interval timer kicks in when I start it and allows me to log things as I go.

  328. 328

Now, it's not a timer. It's more like a stopwatch. For example, when I start my workout, I press play, and when I'm done, I press on to the next activity.

  329. 329

At the moment, it doesn't function fully:

  330. 330

I want to be able to see my full workout as I'm logging it in that view. I don't want to have to toggle between the workout and the stopwatch.

  331. 331

We need to have a space between activities. I won't necessarily always go from one activity to the next, so we need to build a gap in between.

  332. 332

Whatever I have planned for today, especially if it's planned at a specific time, needs to appear in my up-next list.

  333. 333

We need to mimic the shape of the Spotify player more and make this feel more intuitive and full, at the moment it feels like an afterthought.

  334. 334

I should be able to reorder my day directly from the main screen with the timer, rather than having to click on the three dots at the top and click on Reorder What's Left. I should be able to do that from the main screen. Just long-press and drag to reorder the items in the list.

  335. 335

Next step will be to allow the user to log their workout directly from the spotify-inspired timer instead of having to toggle between the player and workout logger.

  336. 336

The player needs to have everything that has been planned today, that includes any timed reminders. For example today I had planned to work on my echoes outline at 11am but this doesn’t show up in the timer and it should.

  337. 337

Also, when I exit the timer, it appears as a widget similar to a pill. I want it to be at the bottom of the screen, just above the bottom navigation, rather than at the top of the screen. It needs to be visible on all screens as long as the player is going. It needs to be collapsible so that it doesn't take too much space.

  338. 338

For example: If you're playing a song on Spotify and you scroll down, there's a lot more information down here. This is where we'll put, for example, the workout and where I can log exactly what I'm doing. This is where it will appear.

  339. 339

An issue with Calendar in week mode is that if I take a task from my to-do list and drag it into a specific day, I can't then click on that task and drag it back into my to-do list.

  340. 340

Another issue is I logged meditation today with our new time-blocking function, and it appears to have been logged as a craft rather than as rest.

  341. 341

When I open the player, you remove the function that makes it so I can only close it by swiping down when I'm at the top of the page. Please bring it back.

  342. 342

Also, when I click on tomorrow or I click on today's plan, I cannot go to other days. When I click tomorrow, I can't go to today. When I click on today, I can't click on tomorrow or future days. Please fix that.

  343. 343

When the player's timer is going, if I press the back button, the player starts playing again. The timer starts going again. This is wrong. If I press back, the timer should not start until I start it.

  344. 344

Also, when I open the plan today or the tomorrow page and I click cancel, it closes the player completely. This is wrong. It should bring me back to the player's main page instead.

  345. 345

Also, when there aren't enough tasks in the player's main page and I can't swipe down, I am unable to close it by swiping down. This is wrong. I should be able to close it at all times, even if there aren't many tasks in the queue.

  346. 346

Also, by pressing the back button, I should be able to return to a previous task and have the option to edit it. At the moment, I cannot go back in time. This is wrong.

  347. 347

Also, the function to reorder items in the Plan Your Day page, whether tomorrow or today, is clunky and doesn't work properly. Please fix it and make it smooth.

  348. 348

In trajectory, we have a button for attributes and wrap. These need to be made bigger, these buttons.

  349. 349

When I go to Settings, into Consumption, I don't want reading and categories to be separated. I want to see all of the consumption categories, one after the other, equally, not separated.

  350. 350

For the player, as it appears above the bottom nav in pill form, it should be the colour of its category rather than grey with just the category’s icon in colour.

  351. 351

Now, when the player is activated, I should see a widget on my lock screen, just like if I use Spotify, with almost the same exact layout. At The moment our lock screen widgets are quite ugly, I would like them to be fixed and improved across the board.

  352. 352

I see that there is no “history” in consumption, showing me what books i have read or films i have watched. This needs to be added.

  353. 353

Also, I've noticed that my morning state log looks different from my evening state log. Why is that, and can you ensure that they are the same?

  354. 354

My queue needs to show the next 24 hours at all times.

  355. 355

Also, in the to-do list, when I add an event, I can say it was done with a person, but I can only add one person at the moment. I need to be able to add more than one person.

  356. 356

On my homepage in timeline, it shows that I arrived at substation at 10:15, but it doesn’t mention that I left home at 10:08, I had to go all the way into my movement log to find that out, it should be on my homepage.

  357. 357

We need to rethink how the Consumption Category works and make it a bit more similar to the Rest Category. The main things in Consumption are:

    • Reading: reading books, reading scripts

    Reading is the main thing.

As a result, things like films and short films are more like a bonus, similar to the rest category. If I read the amount of pages or whatnot that I need to read in each category, for example, if I read the target for today in a book, that should be 40% of the consumption range. If I read my target in script, that should be 40% of the range as well. If, for example, I read double my target for a book, that should count as 60% of the ring. I’m not certain of the numbers just yet but the main thing is this: reading is the priority for consumption, the weights of each category within consumption should be something I can edit just like I can do for rest.

  358. 358

On the home page, the widget that has my to-do list:

    • It needs to be in the order of priority.
    • Above all, priority is items that are specifically for today.
    • Even when I change it, when I open the agenda and rearrange it and then I close it on the home page, it shows in a nonsense order.

So that widget on the home page is primarily to see what there is to do today specifically, and then what's the highest priority on to-dos that haven't been allocated to a specific day.

  359. 359

When I open the player it opens on yesterday instead of today which is obviously wrong, it should open on today.

  360. 360

There needs to be a separate place for me to set recurring things such as sleeping from 10:30pm to 6am, meditation upon waking up, followed by journaling. Once again, the most important thing isn’t what time something occurs, it is more the order of the sequence of events. The goal is removing friction: when I wake up I don’t have to think about what I have to do and I don’t even have to look for the log button because it is already in my queue for the day.

  361. 361

I should be able to swipe sideways on the top of the page’s big icon to go to the next tasks or previous tasks just like spotify. The three dots button should be line with the play/pause button whilst the Add + button should be next to it. The “hold a row to reorder” text should be removed. The function to hold and reorder is not good. The way it was before when I had an organise your day popup was much better, please make it as smooth as that.

  362. 362

Also I want to be able to return to past items by pressing the back button just like if it was an album and I want to return to the previous song. xxxx xxxxxxxxx

  363. 363

If something has an expected length or if I set a length for it there should be a progress bar just like Spotify.

  364. 364

the player doesn't work the way i want it to. it's annoying to use instead of simplifying interactions with the app and that’s on top of the fact that it lags when I want to scroll. The add to day function is not simple enough, why do I always see rest and go to sleep time when I click on add to day? That’s extraneous. Instead, as soon as I click on add I should get to pick between all the categories: craft, consumption, to-dos etc, when I pick one it opens the different options within it, for example if I picked consumption I get options from books I’m reading or screenplays etc, then once I’ve chosen I get the option for specific time on or off, recurring on or off and how it runs etc. remove the swipe function that reveals the tomorrow and remove buttons and replace that with a long press because at the moment, scrolling up and down sometimes doesn’t work.

  365. 365

Also, the player’s home screen should look more like Spotify’s, with the play button in the centre, back and forward to its side, the plus button should be below them and a “queue” button next to it to organise the day and move things around. I’ll reiterate once more, once I set my sleep routine, sleep and wake up should be visible in the queue as demarcation for when the day begins and ends.

  366. 366

In craft’s homepage i should be able to choose their order just like in creation: order them by which streak is longest and vice versa, which is the last to have been touched and vice versa etc.

  367. 367

let’s change how craft disciplines are weighed. I should be able to set their individual weight, for example, podcast recording i want to set it at 70% of the ring when completed whereas learn spanish should be 20%. I should be able to do that for all disciplines within craft.

  368. 368

The todo list on homepage is still not showing items in order of priority even though I opened the todo list and set the order to priority. As I said, number one in the order for agenda should be today’s tasks, then it should be overdue items, then it should be the todos etc.

  369. 369

xxx xxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxx xxx xxxx xxxx xxx xxx xxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xx x xxxxx xxxxxx xxx xx xxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxx xx xxx xxxxx xxxx

  370. 370

I should be able to swipe sideways on the top of the page’s big icon to go to the next days or previous days just like spotify.

  371. 371

I completed my morning state but it’s still showing on my homepage, this is wrong, once completed it should disappear from homepage.

  372. 372

Also, when I exit the player to go back to the app’s home screen, it automatically starts the player’s stopwatch/timer, this is wrong, it should only start when I press start, that’s it.

  373. 373

In the player, if I add that i’m going to be reading a book, when i press start it should show what page I’m on, ditto for reading a script.

  374. 374

Now we need to make the player’s pill, above the bottom nav, thinner to match the height of the momentum pill that is below the rings, it’s too tall at the moment.

  375. 375

“We need a seamless way to be able to have a routine workout and also add a separate workout on top because on sunday and tuesday i do the regular workout with xxxxxx then we always do different exercises for grip training at the end” has been done, we also need to add a seamless way to say “today I am not doing the usual workout, instead, I will do another workout” which then removes the planned workout from today, allows me to reschedule it or not and do another workout today.

  376. 376

In my workout routines i cannot remove exercises from a workout when i edit the routine.

  377. 377

Let’s try something for logging sleep: instead of the two bars we have, we will copy Apple’s iPhone sleep alarm aesthetic: a circle like the image I sent you except we’ll keep the ring a thin uniform white, same thickness as our current bar when logging sleep. Also, we need to add something similar to the craft page to show my streak for meditation and journaling on that page.

  378. 378

In homepage, the spacing between the quick log buttons and the todo widget is too large, it should be the same as the spacing between the quick log buttons and the rings.

  379. 379

When I change the rings’ weights thus reordering them, they should also be reordered in the bottom bar and anywhere else where that is relevant.

  380. 380

You misunderstood me. The journaling, sauna and meditation streaks need to be in rest, not in craft.

  381. 381

And once again, the homepage's calendar or agenda still isn't working properly. For example, today I have a reminder in my calendar that says I have to call xxxxxxx at 9:00. This should be showing on my home screen on the agenda widget at the top of the list because it's for today. I mentioned the order is:

  382. 382

    Today

  383. 383

    What I was due today

  384. 384

    Overdue

  385. 385

If on my calendar there's something that has been set for today specifically, that should be the first thing I see on the agenda on the home page. When I open the agenda, today is priority, so make sure that the app is interconnected. Everything that happens in the calendar needs to be reflected around the app, especially on the home page.

  386. 386

In terms of the sleep log, what you did is good, but I wanted more minimalist.

  387. 387

Remove the numbers inside the circle.

  388. 388

Remove the icons on the circles that show sleep and wake up. Just keep it an empty white circle.

  389. 389

Remove the icons for the moon and sun.

  390. 390

I want just a white circle, not within a grey circle.

  391. 391

    Very minimalist.

  392. 392

Also i added a reminder for today at a specific time: 2pm, but it is shown at midnight instead. It seems like everytime i set a reminder, regardless of what time I set it at, it gets placed at 00:00.

  393. 393

We need to work on the difference between our quick log pages and bottom navigation pages.

  394. 394

We also need to work on our lock screen widgets. As you can see, I've sent you a screenshot. The widget at the top is the Spotify widget, and the widget at the bottom is our widget. Make them match, please. At the moment, our one is messy and ugly. Also, I have to unlock my screen to press pause and play on my widget, which is wrong. I shouldn't have to do that.

  395. 395

We need to modify the parameters of the consumption ring. At the moment i have to read both my book pages and script pages to fill up the ring. I want to change that so that i don’t have to so both, one will suffice daily. So let’s change the available parameters so that i can pick that option.

  396. 396

A new issue has surfaced in sleep log. If I click on any area at the top of the screen it affects the ring to log sleep, this is wrong, it should only be when I press my finger on the actual ring on one go the two small circles.

  397. 397

I notice that the player still doesn’t access everything since I have set a workout routine: workout with xxxxxx on tuesday and sunday and that doesn’t show up on my queue for those days. It should.

  398. 398

In workout routine, I also want to be able to set a two week routine instead of one as I cannot do all the exercises I want in a week so although some workouts will still happen as they do now twice a week, some will now take place biweekly. This also means that “this weeks exercises” now encompasses two weeks, not 1. Any other things this might affect need to be taken into account, I trust you.

  399. 399

Is it possible for the app to support natural language. Say I just type “meet with xxxxxx Sunday 12th at midday” for example, then the app creates a reminder based on these and places it on the correct day at the correct time and attaches the correct person to the event, plus, since people have already been added to in the app, it should offer a suggestion as soon as I type the letter S for which person I am referring. Likewise for places if I type at “substation” the app already knows this place so it should suggest it when I start typing. And I would like to be able to do that from the search bar. Is that possible and do you have any questions?

  400. 400

We are going to swap something: opening calendar and opening search bar. Now I want the long press on the bottom nav to open the calendar and the swipe down to open the search bar.

  401. 401

Create an area within the movement page where I can create workouts without logging them.

  402. 402

The consumption parameters are incorrect, I want to be able to say that reading the target amount of pages for my book is 80% and reading the target amount of pages for my script is also 80%, everything else is 20%. Now if I reach my book page goal, script becomes 20% and vice versa.

  403. 403

Since there is no function in the routine page to create new workouts, I went to the quick log page and created 4 workouts with individual names that I logged today, then I was able to go back to the routine page and add them to different days. But I had to then remove them from my timeline because I didn’t actually do 4 workouts today and I don’t want them to be logged erroneously, as a result, when I return to the routine page, I have 4 workouts planned but they are nameless and when I click on them I cannot delete them.

  404. 404

When i add something in player i should then get the opportunity to log it where appropriate, in the case of creation for example, once i’m done with it and press next i should be able to pick whether i advanced on that project and how much. This doesn’t apply to everything, not any rest practices for example. But it applies to creation and any other place that makes sense. The whole point of the player is to collapse all of the app’s features into one thing for simplicity. Also, when I click on add to day in player, meditation and journaling are there, which is wrong, they belong to rest, this is not good, there needs to be complete coherence in the app, everything in its right place so that we can truly collect accurate data. Also, if I go to settings, then routines, I should be able to not only edit there, I should also be able to add new routines. At the moment I’ve added the script I am reading in my routines but once I finish it then what happens? What I should be adding in my routine is “reading a script or a book” then each time I finish a script or book, the new one appears in that routine automatically. The whole point of setting routines in settings is so I have things that are rigid, a kind of structure in the day, not everything can be structured exactly but if I have things along the day that are always set, that helps.

  405. 405

In workout, when i log grip exercises it only gives the option of seconds instead of reps. This is wrong, both options should be available.

  406. 406

Settings for rest need to be adjusted like craft, they don’t need to all add up to 100% they are each independent.

  407. 407

We also need to create something for when we exceed 100% where the ring starts overlapping with itself to reflect that.

  408. 408

Also, when I change my workout routine, the workout that was planned for today still shows when I go to quick log workout. For example, today I had “lats hips sprints” planned but I changed my mind and went into routine and moved it to tomorrow but when I go to quick log, instead of it being empty since there no longer is any workout planned for today, I still see the “lats hips sprints” workout instead of the option to make a fresh workout or do bouldering. By the way, this is how I want things to be, if there is no workout planned for today the options should be: use existing workout, start new workout, or bouldering as I have mentioned before.

  409. 409

The main creation page from bottom navigation need a change: at the moment, if I click on a project, there’s a little circle next to the the subgoals that suggests I might be able to click on to log it which of course I can’t so remove that confusing circle and replace it with something more appropriate. Also remove the grey text that says “use quick log”

  410. 410

As you can see from the screenshots I just shared, the search function doesn’t work properly, the whole point of it is that I should be able to find anything I am looking for but the app doesn’t seem to understand my phrasing.

  411. 411

Same for creation’s quick log popup, remove the header, also, I don’t like how the full breakdown of the steps appears when I click on a project, it’s not smooth. Also, everything is too small and the different steps have their names but not the corresponding percentage relative to the whole. Since this is not an are where we can edit anything, we can take better advantage of the space, find a better way for me to tick something as done rather than the very small circle we currently have.

  412. 412

The workout quick log’s popup should be closable by swiping down like the other popups.

  413. 413

In the rest quick log’s popup, remove the text that says rest and the close button at the top, now you can bring everything else up slightly.

  414. 414

The craft popup from quick log needs to change, remove the header, it’s unnecessary, remove the grey text below the titles, also unnecessary. Each of these should now be done or not done, a simple circle one can tick off on the right for each and the option to long press if one wants to get more specific.

  415. 415

If I inadvertently start a workout in quick log, I should be able to cancel that and restart it or pause it or cancel the workout which should return me to the usual empty page with “start new workout”, “copy existing” and “bouldering”. One note on that, I’ve noticed that “start new workout” is aligned in the centre whereas the other two are aligned to the left, this is wrong, they should all be centre-aligned.

  416. 416

When i want to log a bouldering session i can only say how long it lasted but i cannot start a stopwatch for it. For example today i want to add bouldering to the queue in my player but since there isn’t a saved bouldering workout i cannot which is wrong. To be clear, i want to be able to add bouldering to the queue in my player then start a stopwatch to log how long the session lasted once i mark it as done and just like consumption for example, it should open a page that allows me to log what i’ve done, how many tops etc but during the session so i can log then as i go.

  417. 417

Same for consumption’s quick log popup, remove the header, remove the grey text that says “tap an amount to…” do not separate the items by category, and for film, short films and series, the grey text below the category name should say the last time that particular thing was done, for example the last time I watched a film. Now the way we log will change as well, I want to be able to swipe to the right in order to “fill up” the specific widget, for example, if I’m on page 20 of a 70 of my book, I can drag across the category with my book name until I get to 30, thus fulfilling my target for the day, or I can drag further if I’ve read more. It should fill up in the color of the category of course so blue for consumption. I can do that for films and the others as well if I didn’t finish them I can drag the bar to approximately where I stopped. If I’ve finished something I drag till the end of course.

  418. 418

Also, the player disappears from the bottom bar in the evening, it shouldn’t ever disappear as when I go to sleep I start the sleep timer which will measure when I went to sleep and then when I wake up as I stop it upon waking. so the player should always be visible.

  419. 419

Another issue: when I finish a book today and starts another, it decreases the score I got for finishing the other book. This is wrong. The score for the first book should remain and the new book can stack on top of it. In fact, I should be able to be reading multiple books or screenplays at once and they shouldn’t interfere which each other’s scores. So if I finish a book today and reach my score for how many pages I was supposed to read today in doing so, that adds to my ring. Then if I start a new book for read more on another book I was reading simultaneously, that should add up as well, on top.

  420. 420

The shortcuts shown under the search bar should be more useful, the app should recognise patterns, what do I usually search for, and optimise appropriately. And it shouldn’t be when did I last see xxx, it should be “when did I last see” and I get to write the name for example and then auto complete should take care of finding the name from the database before I am done writing it.

  421. 421

Let’s change something else, in the player, the queue should only show today which means sleep is always the last thing at the bottom of the queue.

  422. 422

Another issue: as you can see, I had planned to have an event today, Art Gallery of xxxxxx, at 2:30 pm, but when I look in the player, it is shown after sleep, which is at 10:30 pm. That doesn't make sense. It should naturally be placed before sleep at the exact time I planned it for.

  423. 423

In creation’s quick log, remove the text that says “mark milestone complete” instead, this area should be for the title of the milestone, such as “outline” or “final draft”. Also remove the part below it that says 20 % of projects, instead, format it like the main creation page for creation, it should say what percentage this is of the project, so the first milestone might be 20%, next one 40%, next one 60% last one 100%.

  424. 424

If I start a bouldering session using the timer, then close the quick log page then reopen it the bouldering session gets cancelled, this is wrong, it should remain there and the timer should keep going, just like if I started a normal workout.

  425. 425

Also, I just copied an existing workout for today but now I want to cancel it, it doesn’t seem possible from the quick log page where the workout is currently displaying, this is wrong, I should be able to seamlessly cancel/erase it from today without having to start its timer.

  426. 426

In craft’s quick log, if I click specifically on the circle it logs it, but if I click anywhere else on the specific category it opens the popup with more options instead of having to long press. And in that popup, remove the pomodoro timer from this page.

  427. 427

In the rest pop from quick log, the text that says “slept” and the text that says how many minutes above or below range should be aligned with the total amount of hours spent, at the moment it is lower than the big central number which wastes space.

  428. 428

The aesthetic of consumption’s quick log is not good. The rows should be as tall as Craft’s quick log page. And we need haptic feedback once we swipe a thing to the line of our target for today to make it easier to get there precisely. The grey line that shows our target for today is inelegant, find something better. And now, instead of a blue bar filling up, let’s try making the color of what’s done the exact same colour as the background of the popup page.

  429. 429

We need to create the equivalent of command z which exists on Mac. I accidentally unticked one of my craft disciplines from the craft quick log, then I had to tick it once more thus logging this as done now at 8pm when it was actually done in the morning which falsifies my data.

  430. 430

When I am logging an exercise, this page has many issues, first, the top of the page is way too busy, I can’t even read the name of the title. There is a close button and an arrow next to it, redundant, remove both since I can simply click on the bottom nav of that page to return to the breakdown of all the exercises. Remove the three dots as well that open the repeat this option.

  431. 431

And instead of the finish button, put a tick button in the top right to say I’m finished and log the session. As you can see in the screenshot, there is another issue, when I open the keyboard it looks like a mess. First of all, the bottom navigation should not be visible once the keyboard opens, second of all, the “done” button takes too much space. Another issue, the keyboard has a lot of empty space at the bottom, bring it lower to not waste so much space.

  432. 432

Remove the little pencil next to the title of the workout, we can just click on the title itself to edit it, in fact, remove the name of the workout from the top of the screen, instead, it should be the name of the exercise, no need to add what body part it is, no pencil icon, I can just click directly on the name itself to edit it.

  433. 433

I also want to be able to swipe left or right on that page to access future or previous days’ workouts.

  434. 434

The name of the workout will be visible and editable from the screen where we see the entire workout from now on. on that screen, the name of the workout should be at the top of the page, remove the close button in the top left corner and try to rearrange things so it doesn’t feel so unnecessarily busy at the top of the screen. It should be title at the top, then the widget that compares the current workout to the last time I did it, the interval timer is accessible from the top right icon, remove the widget that says interval timer.

  435. 435

You haven’t properly fixed the player’s sleep. If all my tasks for the day are done, then the last thing in the queue for the player should be sleep. And I should be able to press play on it to begin its timer. At the moment it just says “that’s the album” and I cannot start a timer.

  436. 436

In trajectory, I also want a comparison of my workload week to week in terms of how many sets I did, how much weight lifted etc.

  437. 437

Also remove the “what am I testing” from the trajectory page.

  438. 438

Also, when I open the agenda from homepage and I want to delete a reminder I had set for today, there is no option to do so, I should be able to long press it and press delete.

  439. 439

Remove the “done” button at the top of the search bar.

  440. 440

Also, when I click on a logged entry from the homepage’s timeline, it should be to either edit it, which shouldn’t change the time it was logged, or to add notes, people, place, this goes for any entry. So there is no longer a long press, instead, I just have to click on any entry and I get the option to do those things.

  441. 441

Also when I finish a book then go into history from the main consumption page, I should be able to add notes to it. Likewise from the homepage’s timeline, I should be able to add notes as I go and they should be logged and dated appropriately. So if I read pages 10 to 30 of my script or book today for example, I should be able to click on that logged entry from the homepage’s timeline and add notes and it will automatically log those notes with that entry on that particular day. Then when I go to search bar and type the book or script or even film, short film etc’s name, I can find my notes from each day.

  442. 442

We recently made it so that there can be overlap on the ring for consumption. It should be the same for creation and craft.

  443. 443

In the search bar, remove the title at the top that says “search”. Also, I’ve provided an animation I would like to take inspiration from for the animation of the search bar opening and closing.

  444. 444

In sleep’s quick log, total time slept should be displayed in the middle of the circle that I use to log my sleep, no need to have the text that says “slept” and the amount of time above or below range should be displayed below total time slept and look like a + how much time I am over, or - how much time I am below.

  445. 445

The consumption ring still doesn’t work properly. I should be able to overfill it on a day like today where I finished a book, then ready my target of script pages, then watched a short film: short film Is 30% and my target for scripts is 50%, that alone makes 80% then adding on top however many pages I read to finish the previous screenplays I was reading that I finished today. The ring is clearly not working properly as it shows my score to be 60% on that ring.

  446. 446

xx xxxxxxxx xxxx xx xx xxxx xxxxx xxx xx xxxxxxx xx xxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xx xxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx

  447. 447

xx xxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxx xx xxx xxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx

  448. 448

The Liquid Glass of the app is not good, it doesn’t feel liquid, more like frosted glass, I have provided two example screenshots, image one is how it looks currently, image 2 is how it’s supposed to look.

  449. 449

As you can see, our lock screen widget for the player also looks bad, it should be Liquid Glass and look similar to Spotify’s lock screen widget, same for our bottom navigation in the app, doesn’t look like proper Liquid Glass. I have provided images as references.

  450. 450

In my timeline, it shows what time I left home, what time I returned home, but it should also show how long I was away from home.

  451. 451

The animation for the search bar should be progressive, so if I drag my finger slowly, it should happen as slowly as I drag my finger. This also means that there needs to be an animation for whatever is below it as it gets gradually pushed by the opening of the search bar.

  452. 452

When the ring overlaps with itself, the overlap should make a gradient that is brightest at the tip of the overlap, similar to image 1.

  453. 453

If I finish a book today, it shouldn’t just say finished book today, it should also say what pages I read, for example if the book is 100 pages and I finished it today and I had 5 pages left it should say read from pages 95 to 100.

  454. 454

When I open agenda from homepage and add an event, if I click on a person in “who” to add them, nothing happens, it doesn’t work. Likewise when I access it from the player.

  455. 455

Remove the percentage sign next to the homepage quick log scores.

  456. 456

When I do a quick note, I should be able to link it to anything specific.

  457. 457

Pressing bottom nav and swiping left opens the future: todos, plans, etc

  458. 458

Pressing bottom nav and swiping right opens the past: notes, all records of what has been done in every category

  459. 459

a couple things: 1, in the reference I sent you, when the top is pulled, the contents of it are already inside it whereas here the search bar spawns from the bottom of the screen instead, the search bar should be inside the liquid that gets pulled down already and get revealed with it in a liquid-y way. 2, can you make its color black instead of grey so now the search bar’s page has a black background same as the homepage. Lastly, as you can see from the screenshot I provided, the liquid that gets pulled should cover the bottom nav as well, not go under it, it’s supposed to cover everything. And you’re missing that part where the liquid separates from the top pill, I have provided screenshots from the reference for that particular moment as well. Overall this is a clear step up but not quite there, it also feels like it happens too fast and lacks a bit of bounce to make it feel more organic.

  460. 460

The search bar still doesn’t work properly. As you can see in the screenshots I have provided, the only person attached to the Hurvin Anderson event was xxxxxx. and I know that the only mention of xxx in the app at the moment is me logging her birthday. In that case, the search bar should respond with the closest thing to my request which is the only mention of xxx on the app: her birthday, or simply respond: nothing found or something of the sort.

  461. 461

We need to find a solution to consumption’s ring. At the moment I find it too easy to make the ring overflow, so the idea is this every page of script or book I read that is above my day’s goal should become worth less than the ones in the range in a gradual manner.

  462. 462

I want you to do a deep dive on the app, use as many agents as you need and take as long as you need, find any flaws, any things that lag, any inconsistencies, aesthetic or otherwise, any thing you want to ameliorate, anything redundant or unnecessary, anything that needs to be improved anything holding the app back from being ready to be shared with the world (besides things that require The Apple Developer Program, this is something I’ll do later) and you have my approval to fix/remove/improve them. Make this the best possible app it can be!

  463. 463

xxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxx xxxx x xxxx xx xx xx xxxxx

  464. 464

The voice feature needs to run deep. I need to be able to open the voice feature and say, "I want to create a new creation goal," for example, with 10 different milestones at every 10%. The first milestone should be this and that and that, and then I can say, "Oh, in the fourth milestone, I want a sub-task, blah, blah, blah." I need to be able to create the whole thing just by speaking it.

  465. 465

Search bar will now open by long pressing the bottom bar thus expanding it and revealing the keyboard in a similar fashion to safari on the iPhone.

  466. 466

if i swipe in the bottom nav it should swipe me to the next page

  467. 467

I should be able to swipe on the todo list in homepage to view more.

  468. 468

The future page should not include today at all

  469. 469

When I finish a workout session I should be able to rate it in terms of how I felt, strong, weak etc. 5 options like my morning/evening states.

  470. 470

When the bottom navigation collapses to small pill form, that pill should be the same dimensions as the pill below the rings and it should contain the current item in the player in text form and colour background. Also, when the pill has collapsed and I want to open it, it doesn’t work the first time I click on it, I have to try twice, this needs to be fixed.

  471. 471

When I tick a workout session as finished whilst logging it, there should be a confirmation popup before I can fully finish the session after I pressed the tick button.

  472. 472

When I open agenda from homepage, the done tasks should be in chronological order with the latest first.

  473. 473

When I full swipe a film or short film from quick log, it should offer me the option to add its title and director name and notes. Also, once I’ve swiped to fill up that bar for film or short film, I cannot add another film or short film from there, we need to find a way around that.

  474. 474

we will change how we access the past and future pages. Instead of swiping on the bottom navigation, we can just swipe anywhere on the screen to go to the past or future page.

  475. 475

we need to add more parameters in how we score creation. I want to add the ability to say I want to spend a certain amount of time in creation to fill up the ring, except I have to get to any milestone to get it to 100%. For example, I can say one hour gets me 80% of the ring, but only with a milestone can I get to 100%

  476. 476

When I add something to the queue of the player it should automatically become next in the queue so I just need to press play rather than it being placed at the end of the queue like it is now.

  477. 477

It’s important we keep all the data that the player records in regards to how much time spent on any task or discipline. I want to know how many hours and minutes it took me to finish each book or screenplay, how much time I spent reading today, this week etc. how much time I spent meditating, how much time I spent doing Spanish, everything.

  478. 478

When the search bar opens when I long press bottom nav, I want the “cancel” button to be replaced by an X and I want it to be a separate button (shaped like a circle) from the search bar instead of wrapping around it,

  479. 479

In the past page, I see the newly added notes section but I also see it does not contain any notes except it should because I have taken notes about scripts I’ve read.

  480. 480

On the future page, remove the home button at the top and the title and small grey text below it at the top too, like you did for the past page.

  481. 481

Now the Future page should have the 5 categories at the top, just like the Past page, and work in a similar manner. Instead of the Notes widget, we will have a Reminders widget. The calendar you can remove, and the agenda you can remove as well from that page.

  482. 482

Now, if it's a note that I took yesterday, for example, and I click on it to edit it, that should be saved as a note on that day, but as part of a different day to help separate different entries. Everything should be logged at the time it was logged.

  483. 483

Now, today I took a note on the script I was reading. I read a few pages and took a note after that. When I go to the past page and I search consumption, I can see that note, but I cannot click on it. This is wrong. I should be able to click on it to edit it.

  484. 484

Also, if I search "How much time did I spend on a specific creation project?" (for example, "How much time did I spend on Echoes last week?"), I should get a straightforward answer immediately. If I say, "How much time did I spend reading last week?" I should get an answer. If I say, "How long did it take me to read the script Dying for You?" it should give me the answer.

  485. 485

Also, I've noticed when I open the past or future pages, the reminder block and the notes block are always open. Even if I collapse them, when I return they are open again. That shouldn't happen. If I collapsed them, they should stay collapsed until I uncollapse them.

  486. 486

And I have provided some screenshots. As you can see, when I search "When did I last see xxxxx?", there are no matches, but then when I just type "xxxxx", there are matches. That does not make sense. Why is that happening? Can that be fixed? Also, it's showing me random things that have nothing to do with the question I asked, like "When to see Harvin Anderson's exhibition with xxxxxx". That doesn't have anything to do with the question I asked, so that shouldn't be there either.

  487. 487

Also, the bottom navigation does not collapse on the Future and Past page the same way it does on the home page, so please fix that so that they do collapse just like on the home page or the other pages.

  488. 488

Also, the future page shouldn’t only include reminders, It should contain anything that has been planned for the future, if I have a workout planned tomorrow it should be there, if I’ve planned to read more of my book tomorrow, that should be there. Also, the app doesn’t yet allow me to set reminders and put them in specific categories in regard to the five categories. If I need to remind myself that I am going to the cinema tomorrow for example, that would be a reminder in the consumption category. In the future page, reminders which are neutral like clean my home or call a certain person simply go under reminders and this is the equivalent to the notes function in the past page so it should function the same.

  489. 489

I feel like there is too much negative page in the past and future pages and the text is too large, please make everything a bit more compact with less space between entries.

  490. 490

I need to be able to set recurring reminders.

  491. 491

Let's do one thing for the past page. In order to sort through my notes, it should work the same as the other things remembered. If I click on creation, it just shows me my creation-related notes. If I click on consumption, it just shows me my consumption-related notes, etc. If I click on consumption again, it shows all different notes that don't belong in any of those five categories. If I create a new folder, for example, then that's when those notes are revealed.

  492. 492

I should be able to long press an item in the timeline to delete it or a normal press to edit it. When I open the popup to edit it, the text that says “notes are filled under this day and under…” can be removed. Then the “who” part needs to be collapsed, it takes too much space and the spacing between the names is excessive, it doesn’t match the aesthetic of the app.

  493. 493

In homepage, the timeline, durations and page counts should be a smaller typeface and a bit grey to differentiate from the title of the activity.

  494. 494

When I start a workout, a timer should start to time the workout that I can pause, reset etc, it needs to be a proper timer, not something messy.

  495. 495

Image 1: Another issue, as you can see it says left home twice in the timeline which is wrong, it should only say it once. Also, it says left home 09:02 but on the right there is also the time so the time inside the widgets redundant, this shouldn’t happen. Also, remove the small arrow on the right, it is useless since I can click anywhere on a given task to open it.

  496. 496

Image 2: as you can see, the line goes inside the top circle and doesn’t connect to the bottom circle, this is wrong and needs to be fixed.

  497. 497

Image 3: no item should be more than 2 lines, I don’t even understand what the “5h 4m” means since it already says away 3h 41m, but regardless, it’s 2 lines max, never 3.

  498. 498

Image 4: for the notes, 1 line for the title and 1 line for its contents, not 3.

  499. 499

The consumption quick log’s popup, the thing that shows today’s goal of pages needs to be changed, let’s make it thinner, smaller and make it the colour of the background except when one reaches/ surpasses the goal, then it turns blue, just like it does now.

  500. 500

Image 1: I shouldn’t get “left home” twice, this is redundant. The one at the top is useless. Also, they both give a different time of departure, 09:21 and 09:22, which doesn’t make sense, how am I to know which is correct?

  501. 501

Image 2: why is there all this negative space above xxxx? That’s wasteful, remove that empty space please.

  502. 502

Also, on the home screen timeline, remove the icons, there is already a colourful line on the right of each item, that’s enough.

  503. 503

In homepage timeline, don’t write “read pages 31-37”, instead it should just say 31-37. Also, it should also say how long I read for.

  504. 504

In player, when I go to tomorrow in order to organise that day, I am unable to add things, this is wrong.

  505. 505

In the player, I should be able to edit my current task to say I started it earlier and the timer adapts to that. For example, if I forget to start the timer but I’ve been doing something for an hour, I should be able to edit and say it started an hour ago then the stopwatch adapts accordingly as an hour gets added. Also, the three dots and the + sign should be on the same line as the pause, next track etc buttons, the + button to the left and the three dots to the right.

  506. 506

Image 3: look at the difference between Spotify’s lock screen widget and ours, we need to align ours with it more, make ours more elegant.

  507. 507

The swipe function from homepage to past and future is very laggy and messy, please fix it. Everything I swipe it opens things by accident, that shouldn’t happen.

  508. 508

Image 4: why have you added a black bar at the bottom of the screen? Remove it, this is wrong.

  509. 509

Image 3: not sure why but a grey gradient has been added at the top of the homepage screen, remove it. Also, bring the whole page a tiny bit higher, at the moment there’s too much negative space above the rings. There Is also too much negative space between the timeline and the todo list above it.

  510. 510

Also, in past and future pages, the background should be black like the homepage.

  511. 511

Image 1: this looks messy, there icons on the right and on the left being cropped, they should be removed in this collapsed pill form and the contents of the pill should change to accommodate this different form factor and look elegant.

  512. 512

Video 1: I want the swipe from homepage to past or future to be like the video, gradual, instead of an abrupt thing, also, make the haptic feedback across the app less aggressive, more subtle and a tiny bit slower.

  513. 513

Image 1: When I click on Echoes to edit it, it should give me the option to edit its duration.

  514. 514

An issue occurred, I used the player as I was reading a script. I read for an hour then when I pressed next I was able to input how many pages I read. First of all, that duration of time also needs to be recorded and shown in the timeline, this many pages from this page to that page from this time to this time. In addition, I then read more pages later on and finished the script and used the quick log for consumption to record that this time, this somehow erased my earlier log and now it only shows the last session where I finished the script and not the previous one for today.

  515. 515

The animation for the search bar is better, but when I long press the bottom navigation and it expands slightly, it's cropped on the sides. That's wrong, that needs to be fixed. Also, the animation when the search bar opens is good, but when it closes, it's quite wonky. That needs to be fixed as well.

  516. 516

I want you to create "album images" for the player so that when I'm doing an activity, there's an image. Make it something a bit abstract and in the colours of that category, that represents that category, so that it's not just a grey image with a blue gradient or red gradient.

  517. 517

When I pull down the screen to open notes and I start writing, there's no way for me to close the keyboard afterwards. That needs to be added.

  518. 518

As you can see in the screenshot I provided and the calendar, when I go on a single day, there is a black bar at the bottom that needs to be removed.

  519. 519

When I start a workout, it should automatically start it in the player and appear in the player so that the stopwatch times the workout.

  520. 520

pressing bottom bar and pulling up opens calendar.

  521. 521

Once in calendar in home view, pressing my ring should return me to month view.

  522. 522

Since i use the player a lot to tike how long i do different tasks, the app knows that 2 hours reading for example, gets me to 100% of the consumption ring etc, so the app should be able to tell me that 5 hours across all my categories gets me 78% for example and extrapolate that doing a specific amount more time will get me to 100% and it should know this for every category and know which categories take the most time to get to 100% and things of that nature to build a truly clear picture of how much time needs to be spent daily to get 100% for example.

  523. 523

The app should tell me what i have left to do to fill up my ring. For example reading 10 more pages of my book or doing a session of writing and learning spanish etc.

  524. 524

For the album covers in the player, I want to add a function so that one can pick the image for the album themselves. From their own image gallery, for example

  525. 525

When I swipe left to go to my past page and my notes, they should be categorised. For example, I took multiple notes whilst reading Galahad, the script. These should all be in one single folder called Galahad, and then I click on it and have the different entries instead of them all being separate.

  526. 526

In the everything app, In Craft, there are things that are practised daily and things that are not practised daily. For the things that are not practised daily, currently they are required to be practised daily to get the full 100 score. However, I would like them to only require the score to be complete on that specific day that needs to be practised. For example, if painting is required on a Monday, then that's the only day it would be required to make the circle full for Craft. For the rest of the days of the week, just the other disciplines are required, not painting, to make the circle 100.

  527. 527

On the player’s Home Screen, “organise your day” should be accessible from the player’s Home Screen rather than having to go through the three dots button.

  528. 528

In the craft page, we need a way to show a streak beyond 30 days as I reached 32 days for one of my disciplines and it’s not visible on the app because there are only 30 boxes to fill.

  529. 529

I want more parameters in the movement ring, in terms of how I fill it. I want to be able to say that doing the workout is a certain percentage, and going outside of my home is what fills the remaining percentage. For this, you will use the movement tracker to determine whether I have left my home or not.

  530. 530

In the "Everything app in the Movement category, in the Goal for This Week category, I would like to add multiple exercises as a goal for the week. not just one.

  531. 531

when I have a backlog in consumption, when I go to the home page and I click on consumption’s quick log to log something I've consumed (whether it be a couple of pages of a book, a film, or a couple of episodes of a series, or a YouTube video), that backlog does not appear in the home page's consumption area to log these things. There is no way to log my backlog.

  532. 532

In the player, when I scroll down to the bottom, it still blocks the last entries. I have to swipe down and hold in order to see the bottom entries. Otherwise, it blocks me from seeing them.

  533. 533

The new widgets on the home page that show the books I'm reading and offer to continue. I cannot swipe sideways on them because it just opens my past or future pages.

  534. 534

When I reorder my routines in my settings, it does not affect them in the player.

  535. 535

In the player, I added something in the queue, but it was past 10:30, and I wasn't able to start it. This is wrong if I end up going to bed later than 10:30. I should still be able to add tasks in the queue of the player. My bedtime is whenever I go to bed. Sometimes it will be later than 10:30.

  536. 536

When I open consumption quick log, backlog items should appear when I click on the relevant category. If I click on film, then the option to pick from the backlog or add a new entry should be there.

  537. 537

If a creationc category it should also score graphic design as craft when I complete it by giving me the option to say how much time was spent on that craft. Same for illustration etc.

  538. 538

In the consumption page, i shouldn’t need to click a button to see my history, that should already be there below my categories.

  539. 539

When i start a bouldering session from movement’s quick log it should also start in the player just like any other workout.

  540. 540

If I go into the player and I swipe to another day and there is a workout planned, when I click on that workout for the other day, I should be able to see what is inside that workout: what exercises, reps, sets, etc. Same if I go back in time or if I go forward multiple days. I should be able to click on the workout and see what it consists of.

  541. 541

If I press Resume on one of the activities from the home screen, like a book I'm reading, it should open inside of the player, not a new timer on the home screen. Everything like that happens in the player.

  542. 542

My home screen's agenda widget should always have something in it. The number one priority is something that's due today, and after that, it will be things that are of the highest priority, whether they be overdue or not. The priority is what's due today, and if there's nothing due today, it should show the highest-priority items which are overdue.

  543. 543

There shouldn’t be a widget on home screen for live activities, that is what the small player bar above the bottom nav is for, so I should be able to press play and pause from that bottom nav small player bar, just like Spotify

  544. 544

In craft quick log, I should get a number showing me my streak for each category unless there is no streak for that category.

  545. 545

for my one line a day, I should be able to edit previous entries. As in, this week I should be able to go back to the previous week and pick a new highlight for the week

  546. 546

In settings, routine, I can add a specific book to routine but I cannot simply add reading. This is wrong, the way it is now I have to change the book in my routine every time I finish one. That’s wasteful. I’d prefer to simply add book reading to the routine and it automatically picks the book I am currently reading. If there are more than one book I am currently reading then I can choose which before starting play. Same for script, I should just add script reading to my routine and it’ll automatically pick the script I am currently reading in the player.

  547. 547

In the creation settings, I should be able to edit what percentage a milestone is of the ring, I should be able to do that for more than one milestone.

  548. 548

When the bottom nav compresses into pill form, its contents need to be centred otherwise, as you can see in image 2, it gets cropped as it is too far to the left.

  549. 549

The text for resume, restart and cancel looks weird, it doesn’t look consistent of the aesthetic of the app.

  550. 550

If I have no workout planned for today and I press start new workout, it shouldn’t start the timer. The timer only ever starts when I start it. If I press start new workout it means I need to set that workout, its specific exercises, sets, reps etc, the timer should measure time whilst I am preparing and not working out.

  551. 551

Also, when I add an event in calendar, what is the difference between an event and a reminder? There seems to be too many different categories which creates confusion. Let’s work on that. Also, when I create a reminder I get the option of 5 categories but I should get a fifth: general, for things that don’t fit in either of the 5.

  552. 552

When I am in the future page with reminders, general reminders should contain all reminders that aren’t in 1 of the 5 categories, that includes, birthday reminders and events etc, everything, carefully categorised. Anything that has been recorded for the future, birthday, event, etc needs to be accessible from that page. That doesn’t include todos.

  553. 553

Image 2: When I open workout from quick log and swipe sideways to see other days, it should say tomorrow at the top or yesterday, or the actual date.

  554. 554

Image 1: it looks weird to have these 3 buttons at the top of the screen and all this negative space below. Put them in the middle of the screen instead.

  555. 555

When I go to the future page and I go to general reminders, they should be categorised as well, so your birthdays should be grouped together, etc. They should be categorised so that they can be filtered through category and you can see only the reminders, etc.

  556. 556

When I pick “repeats” in routine settings there is no option to specify whether it repeats daily, weekly, monthly, biweekly every 4 days etc, this needs to be added.

  557. 557

When I go to the future page and look at events, I should be able to edit them when I click on them, at the moment, I clicked on ”xxxxx xx xxxx and I cannot edit anything in it. Everything should be editable in the future page. Also in the future page, birthdays shouldn’t say “xxxxxx’s birthday” the pink icon with the icon is enough information, it should just say the name of the person. Also in future page, for reminders, I am able to edit them but not to delete them, this needs to be fixed. Also, reminders should have the small grey text that says “reminder” that’s also redundant since the icon and its color already signify that. Now for the coolers of reminders, birthdays and events we need to find something different, more harmonious with each other and with the rest of the app. Try these 3 colours:

  558. 558

it looks ugly to have two of these big widgets back to back, these should only be for when a milestone has been hit but in both widgets it lists the same milestone so clearly only one of these was for hitting the milestone, the other should be normal sized.

  559. 559

When I click on my reminders, todos etc or when I create one, I am unable to set it as recurring, this is wrong, I should be able to.

  560. 560

This is certainly an improvement, now, sleep is something continuous, from the moment I go to sleep to the moment I wake up, therefore it shouldn’t have a small icon at the start and finish but rather a continuous icon from its start to its finish. Same for when I travel, they shouldn’t be broken down into multiple icons but rather a continuous one from when I leave a place to when I arrive at another place. When travelling is involved, the color red is enough, no need for the icon inside it. We never want to have to small icons side by side at the same time, only the wider icons, please find a way to make that work when there are concurring items. And like I said, travelling from place to place doesn’t need the movement icon, just the color red so that it’s easy to make it take less space.

  561. 561

the animation for when weekly view opens by clicking on the pill is no good. Look at the reference I sent you, it should be smooth like this. as I click on the bottom pill, the weekly view slides from it and stops shy of the already existing numbered days surrounded by their ring as the rings retract in a smooth animation and disappear and the numbers inside them move up slightly so as to not waste space. Then if I click on the pill again from that view, the weak view collapses, revealing the month view.

  562. 562

The icons should accurately depict the length of time something takes/took.

  563. 563

Let’s change how the calendar works, now, if I click on the bottom pill it opens weekly view whilst the current week moves up so that its days, with the ring around it sit just below the days of the week (M, T, W, T etc.)

  564. 564

In calendar’s week view, make the icons a bit less wide, it all feels too tight. Also, if sleep extends at the top and bottom, it should be cut off straight rather than rounding. Also, the grey line should be coloured to reflect time that has already passed in the same way as the structured app (with a gradient from one color to the next) in the screenshot I sent you. It should only appear grey for the future time.

  565. 565

Bring back the icon for traveling times.

  566. 566

When I click on an item in the timeline, I should be able to edit all its contents, how long it lasted, when it began and ended, how many pages I read etc, everything.

  567. 567

Also if I tick something from my todos etc it should appear in the timeline.

  568. 568

Let’s stop making a distinction between planned and not planned, I don’t want the app to say things like “At Home, Unplanned” in my timeline or when I look at previous days in calendar and in my game review it says “cold shower - done Unplanned” this is all unnecessary. Also on the 1st of this month in my game review it says “Home - 22h 2m, Unplanned, and it closed movement” which is complete nonsense, staying at home does not contribute in any way shape or form to my closing the rings. An other one in game review says “the beaver, Unplanned, and it closed Consumption”, I don’t want to see this “Unplanned” again, nor this pseudo analysis and mention that it closed the ring, something should be highlighted if it was out of the ordinary, such as getting a PR in a workout or reading more pages than usual etc.

  569. 569

Please help me, the goal is that, like the video I sent you recently, when weekly view opens, the numbers from month view remain for that one specific week and move up slightly as their rings retract with a smooth animation, as if the month view was still there behind the week view that has just popped up, this should be something continuous where week view slides up and covers most of month view besides the specific week’s days. The numbers should not change size. Ask me any questions you have.

  570. 570

Also, in week view, I see that there is a black bar at the bottom of the screen that should be removed.

  571. 571

Also, I see that the days (M, T, W, T etc.) are a bit low, there is more space above them that isn’t being used so bring them higher slightly so we don’t waste that space at the top.

  572. 572

When it comes to recording my travelling from place to place, let’s do something different, instead of having an icon, we’ll simply color the line red. The only red icons, thus, will be for workouts.

  573. 573

When I swipe up and down in week view, I shouldn’t be able to pull beyond the limit and expose the empty areas at the top and bottom.

  574. 574

Let’s take inspiration from this for our timeline. Keep our background black.

  575. 575

When I swipe to past and future, the bottom nav’s function should change, it should do what our current top menu does in those pages so we can get rid of that top menu.

  576. 576

Also, when I look at yesterday’s score, it doesn’t show that I did 2 long creation sessions on my lighter website of approximately 1 hour and a half and another of approximately 2 hours and a half, it just shows I hit milestones instead, this is not good, I record the duration of time spent on everything so naturally, I expect that information to always be accessible.

  577. 577

So, yesterday I started an audiobook but since the category didn’t exist I logged it as a normal book. Today, I was able to delete that book and re-add it as an audiobook, so now I need to go into yesterday and log that I read this audiobook that I just added. But when I go to yesterday and click add to day, the only option I get is “amount: 1” with plus or minus as an option, this is wrong, I should be able to add the specific amount I want. Additionally, I deleted the book version so yesterday’s score for consumption should have gone to 0 since it was the only thing I logged in consumption. Then I added The audiobook version this morning and I want to be able to say that I listened to 1 hour 20 out of 10 hours 5 minutes yesterday.

  578. 578

Also, today, I completed multiple milestones in creation but these don’t seem to have contributed to my score even though in my creations settings I said that each milestone was individually worth 20%.

  579. 579

We need to add a feature for audible in consumption as those are shown in time duration on audible, not pages.

  580. 580

When I swipe to the future page, the bottom nav’s buttons should change. They should now be used to navigate the future page. Now we need to clarify what the categories are for the future page.

  581. 581

Remove the text that says timeline and the small logo that is aligned with it to save space. Likewise for the “continue” text that is above “The Brothers…”

  582. 582

Timeline needs to be simplified, no more collapsible things, no coloured widgets, and the widgets should always be at the same distance from one another.

  583. 583

Agenda on home screen should only contain today’s things and todo list. Thats all. The rest can be accessed from the future page.

  584. 584

Let’s put the future page back to how it was with the categories at the top and the bottom nav will stay the way it is ij homepage now. Don’t bring the future header back though.

  585. 585

We need to differentiate reminders, events and todos better. Some things only happen on a certain day, some things like todos, if not done, automatically get pushed to the next day. Some things recur.

  586. 586

If you have other ideas on how to refine the app, please apply them.

  587. 587

In Home Screen, the widgets that say “continue” for a book or script I’m reading for example, they take too much space, let’s make them the same height as their resume button only, don’t say resume, just the title of the book.

  588. 588

Now we need to fix our agenda, the one I access from the home page. It is a mess, it needs to be simplified. Remove its search bar. Remove the “done” button, we should be able to exit it by swiping right from the right edge of the screen.

  589. 589

Liner notes shouldn’t be in a widget, it should be like it was before, white text against the black background.

  590. 590

The bell icon for reminder’s color should actually be light grey, not green.

  591. 591

For the past page, we need things to be better sorted, notes for scripts should be in their own category inside of consumption, same for book etc. so I need to be able to create sub-folders inside of the categories. Additionally, I would like to move journaling to be a category within rest but there is no way to do so. Please do as much research as you need and figure out the best way to organise and present our folders and their notes and our ability to edit them, create sub-folder and ultimately organise our notes system the best way possible.

  592. 592

Let’s add a rest page in the bottom nav. This page is where we can see in more depth how our rest is going, how it’s affecting everything else. How much sleep we get on average weekly, monthly, does more sleep equal better results, does going to bed at a certain time and waking up at a certain time affect our score etc. an in-depth rest page to help us optimise rest and see our meditation and journaling streaks etc.

  593. 593

In settings, consumption when I set a goal for how many times to do something, the options for period are too limited, please add biweekly and any others which might be missing.

  594. 594

In settings, when I go to consumption and I create a new category, it doesn't get added to the mix of the items inside of the ring. That needs to be fixedThe animation when the player closes is still bad and needs to be fixed.

  595. 595

On the home screen, where on my little pill I can pick:

  596. 596

    Normal day

  597. 597

    Recovery day

  598. 598

    Sick day

  599. 599

    Travel day

  600. 600

we need to add a 9-to-5 day as well. When I go to work, I can't do anything else but do that work for the time that work lasts: 7 hours, plus 1 hour to travel and 1 hour to travel back. It's a significant chunk of the day where I can't do anything else, so add a 9-to-5 day as well to that list.

  601. 601

Look at image 1. All these little icons there look quite ugly, and they're unnecessary, so remove them. We don't want those to exist anymore.

  602. 602

In Calendar, in week view, we need to find a better way to express travelling times. At the moment, it's not very legible. I'm thinking perhaps instead of the line turning red, you make the background of that day red to signify travel time. Let's try that.

  603. 603

As I mentioned in the main rest page, we should also see our streaks for meditation, journaling, sauna, etc. They should be displayed in the same format as they are in Craft, with approximately the same aesthetic. Make it a bit smaller vertically if possible.

  604. 604

On the rest page, remove the text under the header that says "Your rhythm over time." Also, the page has a lot of text. It doesn't feel very digestible. The information is all there, and it's all perfect, but find a more digestible way to present it. The chart at the top is good, where it shows how many hours slept over a week or a month, but all the text below that is not easily digestible. You need to find a more minimalist, visual way to communicate this information, and if possible, try to summarise it, remove unnecessary text, and make it more enjoyable to go through.

  605. 605

Add an Exercise streak. This streak should also have the same aesthetic as the craft streaks, but make it smaller vertically if possible.

  606. 606

Image 4, when I look at my history and click on a category, as you can see, the text becomes illegible, this needs to be fixed.

  607. 607

An other issue, when I go to a previous day, and click on add to day, then I go to consumption add a film I am unable to enter the name of the film, director etc, this is wrong, I should be able to.

  608. 608

For the consumption page, the area that contains backlogs and separates the categories is too wide, make it smaller.

  609. 609

Images 2 and 3, the aesthetic doesn’t look uniform because the consumption widgets are too tall, make them match craft’s height. Make the distance between widgets match craft’s too. In the craft page, you can remove the icons that are to the right of the category names. Also in creation page, remove the little icon besides the project names.

  610. 610

Image 1, the spacing above and below “Streets in Fire” is not equal, this is wrong, it should be equal. Also, for this row of things that are ongoing, we should see how far along they are, fill them up appropriately with a blue background.

  611. 611

Let's bring some colour back to the home screen timeline. Just make the icons their colour instead of grey.

  612. 612

When I create a new folder in the past page for notes, I should be able to pick its colour as well.

  613. 613

On the future page, items which have passed already should not be in the same bracket as items which are in the next 7 days. Items which are passed should be in a bracket before or above the next 7 days bracket, separately.

  614. 614

In creation quick log, all items which have already been ticked off need to be in a collapsible menu because at the at the moment, they take a lot of space on the screen and have to swipe down to access the things that I want to tick off.

  615. 615

Look at images 1 and 2. When I want to take a note, at times the screen gets cut off in two like this, and I get all this empty space at the bottom. This shouldn't happen. Please ensure that note-taking is smooth and seamless and that no issues arise.

  616. 616

Image 3. As you can see, the number 100 overlaps with the rings. This means that the text inside of the rings needs to be made slightly smaller to accommodate the number 100.

  617. 617

Image 4: When I swipe on the rings to see the different scores for yesterday, week, or month, the text that appears causes the entire screen below to move down to accommodate that text. I would prefer the text appeared inside of the pill and replaced whatever is inside of the pill, whether that be a week's scores collapsed in pill form (just like in the screenshot), or when it's the other side and it shows momentum, etc. I want the text to appear inside of that instead.

  618. 618

Also look at image 1, the text that says no set yet is not fitting in the box, this is something that should never happen anywhere in the app, please ensure it doesn’t.

  619. 619

also, in homepage, let's make the resume buttons for books and stuff that are in progress smaller and make the spacing above and below them narrower too.

  620. 620

also, the muscle balance pie chart in the main movement page shouldn't be collapsible.

  621. 621

i want you to better match safari's bottom navigation, notice how it sits lower and closer to the bottom of the screen and also how the 5 buttons inside the bottom nav are a bit smaller, match that exactly. i don't love how you've changed workout's quick log. when i swipe to other days, sometimes the widgets are at the top, sometimes they're in the centre, this isn't good, it should be uniform. also, don't collapse the workouts, if i swipe to see a previous day where i did a workout, i want to see that workout immediately. if there was no workout on a previous day, then i should get the option to edit that day by adding a workout there, preexisting, or a new one, but that's it. If I swipe in movement quick log to a future day that has a workout planned, I should immediately see the whole workout, not just its name.

  622. 622

When I pick a color for a new folder in the past page, the menu is perfect, just add more color options

  623. 623

xxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxx x xxxx xx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx

  624. 624

When I log a book, script, audiobook etc after i end its stopwatch in the player, if I log a number and get past my daily target, the numbers that are after my daily target should turn blue.

  625. 625

On the home page's to-do list on the home screen, I should only see things that are relevant for today. That's all: not things that don't have a date or that have been missed in the past, only things that are relevant to today. If I click on the agenda to open it, I can see other things.

  626. 626

We need to change the quick log buttons slightly, as they should allow us to start any of the items in the player. We already do that with workout and movements. When you click on the quick log, you can start your workout. It moves into the player, but we need to enable this for all the other categories. If I want to start a craft session for writing, I click on the quick log, then I can press Start, and it begins timing a writing session.

  627. 627

Say I know that in 5 weeks I have to travel for 10 hours, for example, then I can set this up as a travel day, and the expectations will be lower.

  628. 628

Essentially, if I know that on Sunday, after I look at my weekly wrap, I start planning the next week, I can say: on those two days, for example, I have work, therefore I'll decrease the expectations for the rings. On this other day, I'm travelling, blah, blah, blah. I can set up in advance what days, or even months in advance, if I know that there's something happening.

  629. 629

the way we will extend this feature is that we already have features in the app to plan for the next day. We'll build a feature to plan for next week.

  630. 630

on the home screen, this feature should be implemented in the small pill that we currently use to do normal day, recovery day, etc. If we want to log this on the homepage, this is how we say today is a work day, blah blah blah, and this then changes how the rings and our targets are for that day. When you think about it, I suppose we can just use the calendar and go on future days and say:

  631. 631
    • These are the days where I'm working.
  632. 632
    • These are the days where I'm travelling, etc.
  633. 633
    • The rings will automatically adapt on those days
  634. 634

something we've neglected to take into account is the fact that the way we score a day is the same every single day, and that should not be the case. Let me know how feasible it is to add settings to say that certain days it should be essentially easier to fill up the ring, and certain days it will be harder. For example, a day where I have to go to work for 7 hours is a day where I can't be logging things into the Everything app. Let's think in terms of how we add this feature to the app

  635. 635

When I create a new folder in the past page for notes and pick its colour as it shows the options for colours they all appear white though once I select them they are the correct color. When I am picking the color I should see the color, not just the name and a white dot.

  636. 636

Can there be an image attached to a journal entry? (Incase the person has written down their Journalling instead of on the phone.)

  637. 637

Once a ring is complete, if you do extra in that ring, I would like it to contribute a significantly less percentage, but still contribute to the score.

  638. 638

I think one way to make this work could be through a gradation system. At the moment, our gradation system for the mood and energy, etc., is 5. Maybe 5, 5, or 3. I'm not sure which is best to say. For example:

    • A 3 is just a normal day where we expect the most.
    • A 2 is a day where I'm working 7 hours, for example, so I expect the rings to be easier to fill than on a day that is a 3.
    • A 1 is a day where I cannot do almost anything, so the expectations will be even lower.

Or is 5 levels better? and then I can set all the different parameters for these different gradations: my expectations for consumption, craft creation, etc

  639. 639

when I click on the agenda from the home screen, it should only contain things for today, exclusively. That's it. We had already made this change, and it looks like you undid it. Please bring it back to the way it's supposed to be. The agenda should only contain the to-do list for today

  640. 640

When I open consumption quick log, I cannot swipe down to close it If my finger goes on any of the items so I have to swipe down from very low on the screen. This needs to be fixed, now, to adjust how far along I am on a book or script etc, I should long press then pull to the appropriate part, if I don’t long press I am then able to easily swipe down anywhere on the page to close the popup.

  641. 641

In the movement main page, the space between the widgets should match that of the craft, consumption and creation pages. Also, the movement page still feels a bit messy, it should be optimised, I see unnecessary stuff like the widget at the top that currently says today nothing logged, that’s pointless, a button to start a bouldering session as well which is out of place, starting a session of any kind of exercise happens in the quick log. Please do as much research as you need on workout apps, how they display their data what to include or not, how to make it intuitive, elegant and minimalist.

  642. 642

Also for movement’s quick log, let’s do some research as well, I’m pretty happy with how it works but I know it can be improved, use the research you do on workout apps and feel free to think outside the box, visit mobbin for example and find ways to make logging a workout more seamless, find ways to make the whole interface better and frictionless. Take as long as you need for all of these.

  643. 643

One thing about when I long-press from the quick log categories to open the player: we see the current pop-up of the quick log close, and then the player opens. As the pop-up closes vertically, it scrolls down, and the player scrolls up. This feels not elegant. It's extraneous. I have one page closed for another page to open. I would prefer if the quick log page pop-up closed and the player was already open behind it.

  644. 644

now, when I want to use the quick log to start a session within the player for consumption, craft, and creation, what I do is I click on the category from the quick log buttons, and then I long-press on anything (say, for example, learning English, writing, or reading a book). I long-press on that specific one, and that will automatically start it in the player

  645. 645

when I am on the past page and I open a folder, for example, I click on Consumption, then I click on Books, then I click on certain notes. It's quite difficult to then get back to the homepage from that. If I edge swipe from any of those pages, it should bring me back to the homepage. Even if I edge swipe from the past page, that should bring me back to the homepage. Specifically, when I go into folders within folders within folders, I should be able to just edge swipe to the left to return to the home screen

  646. 646

When I start a workout, it opens in the player, and I can see that workout live, right? We need to apply this approach to other categories. For example, if I am reading a book and it shows up in the player, it should also open a note within the player for that specific book or script or whatever I'm reading (so that, as I am reading it, I can take notes on it at the same time).

  647. 647

In the player, when I swipe to previous days, I should only see what has been done. That's it, not things that have not been done.

  648. 648

also, I did mention previously that the future page should not include anything from today at all, so that needs to be fixed.

  649. 649

Image 8: On the homepage, I have a reminder for next week's Tuesday dental checkup, but it's on today's to-do list. That is incorrect.

  650. 650

Image 9. As you can see in the above image, I have already done a song sketch. However, it's still saying that it's unresolved for today in my "Close Today" widget. The "Close Today" widget should not be redundant and ask me for things that have already been done. It should only be for things that have not been done and that need to be done. Otherwise, it's pointless, redundant, and annoying. Please ensure that the "Close Today" widget that appears in the evening is useful. Otherwise, get rid of it entirely.

  651. 651

Another grievance of mine is that when I am in the player, it would suggest something that I've already done for that day. As in, if I've meditated for the day, they will suggest again to meditate. If I've painted for the day, they would suggest again to paint. There is no reason to suggest something that I've already done, unless it's a project that I can perhaps progress in.

  652. 652

When I go to the calendar and click on a previous day, I should be able to add to my journaling for that previous day.

  653. 653

Within the rest category, there is a limited number of categories. We need to be able to add more categories to personalise the app further. At the moment, we have:

  654. 654

    baseline

  655. 655

    meditation

  660. 660

I want I want you to add a self-care category, and I want to be able to build categories within that. For example:

  661. 661

    wash my hair

  662. 662

    shave

  663. 663

do all these sorts of things

  664. 664

In general, within recovery, I want you to add more categories and the option to add subcategories.

  665. 665

What happens to the streak on travel days? As well as sick days and recovery days ?

  666. 666

I can’t add that I’ve journaled the previous day. This is wrong. I should be able to edit previous days in every which way possible: every category, everything. I should be able to edit previous days, everything across the board.

  667. 667

Image 7: As you can see, I used the search bar and typed something to add as a reminder, but then, when it created the reminder, it put the text saying "Added - for xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx." At the top of the timeline, you can see there's a dash before the reminder that says "Dentist at xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx." Please ensure that when we use the search bar to make a reminder, it doesn't add unnecessary text and it recognises what it should name the reminder.

  668. 668

Images 5 and 6. As you can see, when I open the agenda, there is only one item called "xxx xxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx", but on the home screen, it appears twice. This should never happen. It doesn't make sense. Please fix it.

  669. 669

I have a schedule to do 10 minutes of cycling daily, but when I open the player, it says "expected 45 minutes," which doesn't align with what I actually do. This needs to be fixed.

  670. 670

Remove the text in grey at the top of that page that says Reminders events etc. also remove the text below that that says date order.

  671. 671

When i go to future page, i want every section to be collapsible. Also there should be a section before “week” that is called “tomorrow”.

  672. 672

I want to be able to add a function for bouldering specifically, where I can have a time goal. In a similar way to how I have a goal to do certain workouts in a week, I want to be able to say I want to do bouldering for a certain amount of time in a week (a certain amount of hours) and set that as a goal in the movement page.

  673. 673

When I go to workouts, I have 4 saved workouts, and I have them set up on specific days in the week. I want to be able to set a goal for a certain amount of hours of climbing/bouldering in a week.

  674. 674

When i take a note in the player whilst I am reading for example, that note should get saved as its own note so that if I record a note on a different day for example, it will get saved separately within the same folder but as a separate entry. This way i can see when each note was taken.

  675. 675

We need to add a proper timer function to the app that makes it ring, for example when I start the player for meditation and I aim for 10 minutes, when the 10 minutes are up, the timer goes off.

  676. 676

When I go to a past day I should be able to add a liner note/highlight for that day.

  677. 677

when I open the agenda and home screen, I should see the to-do list for today, but I should also see any reminders or anything that's for today specifically. There should be a collapsible menu at the bottom to see overdue items

  678. 678

The app lags quite a bit when I am in homepage and swipe sideways to reach the future or past pages. This needs to be fixed.

  679. 679

that's good but the quick log shouldn't just disappear to reveal the player behind, it should swipe down smoothly as it did before

  680. 680

The future page should never show anything that is set for today.

  681. 681

In the future page, there should be nothing that is planned for today, ever.

  682. 682

When reminders are displayed on the home screen, the time that they're set for should also be displayed if there is a specific time.

  683. 683

let's change something. The to-do list is something that is only for today and appears in the agenda. the way it works is that if I set a reminder, any kind of reminder or event or anything, for the future, when that day comes, this reminder or event or whatever gets transferred to the to-do list on the day that it's supposed to happen. It becomes an item in the to-do list. The to-do list is only for today. Anything that is due today turns into a to-do list item. Also, in the agenda, we have a collapsible section at the bottom for overdue items or items that don't have a set date

  684. 684

Let’s make it so one has to swipe on the bottom nav’s player button in order to go to future or past pages in the same way as iPhone’s proprietary safari browser app and ensure it is as smooth and seamless.

  685. 685

Also, when swiping sideways to past and future pages there is some lag still, it doesn’t feels smooth like a proprietary apple app does, this needs to be fixed.

  686. 686

Remove the haptic feedback when I swipe sideways to future and past pages.

  687. 687

Let’s remove the momentum protection altogether. We’ll just have the Today’s expectations from now on. Also, when set the parameters for today’s expectations for the minimal and reduced options, can I just say that a reduced day expects 66% of a normal day and that a minimal day expects 33% of a normal day to make it easy?

  688. 688

We need a way to log scattered sleep if for example I wake up at 3 am, stay awake for 30 minutes, then go back to sleep.

  689. 689

This also means that the header that says notes can be removed and the + buttons and organise button to remove these now useless things.

  690. 690

From now on when we write notes there won’t be a separate field for the title. Instead it will be only one field and the first sentence will automatically be the title of that note. We are essentially going to cooy apple’s proprietary notes app in almost every way. The difference will be that when one swipes to the past page, the bottom navigation which already resembles that of safari will change. The player will become the search bar and it will function as notes’ search bar. And the icons which are normally our five categories will change to these buttons: edit, add new note, add new folder, and 2 more. Also, when I open a new note or look at an old note, the text fields should not be some kind of widget, it should be like apple’s notes app: full screen. The main takeaway is that the notes function should work almost exactly like apple iPhone’s and be presented almost the same. And now, when I swipe to notes the bottom nav changes and works more like safari’s bottom nav with the player changing to a search bar and the buttons below it changing to be specific to notes.

  691. 691

In the future page, let’s remove the bar at the top with the 6 icons. Also remove the small grey text under the sections that says “before today”, “next calendar day” etc. we also need to follow the style of the notes page meaning that the player needs to transform into a search bar and the bottom navigation now needs to accommodate the future page, I’m counting on you to do research and find what makes the most sense to have as our 5 buttons to make the future page as seamless to navigate.

  692. 692

In the notes page, I’m not sure what every buttons on the bottom navigation do and it feels like some don’t work, please remind me each of their function.

  693. 693

Streaks should be presented the same way everywhere in the app but at the moment, streaks inside of rest are not.

  694. 694

When i open the search bar in the notes page it should look like image one with the x button to close the search bar.

  695. 695

Image 2: when I open the search bar in the future page, and I’m guessing it’s the same in the past page, there is a black bar behind the search bar that appears and covers part of the screen behind it, this is wrong and shouldn’t happen. The search bar should float on its own without a black bar behind it. Additionally, when the search bar is open and I try to swipe the page behind it it starts glitching, this is wrong, I should still be able to swipe the list on the screen whilst the search bar is open.

  696. 696

Also, one big issue which I just noticed is that you’ve moved the bottom nav higher. This is unacceptable, it should be lowered back to its normal position, matching that of safari’s in image 3.

  697. 697

Image 1: This page here is where I should be able to set, much in the same way as craft, what all my goals for movement are. I should be able to pick the percentage each of these categories contributes to the movement ring: completing a workout, getting a pr, a goal for steps for example 12,000 and what percentage that contributes, I should also be able to say that for example for 10% of the ring the goal is to spend a certain amount of time at home and if I go over or under, similar to sleep, it decreases that score.

  698. 698

The player lags a lot when I swipe to close it, this needs to be fixed.

  699. 699

In the sleep page, I can see how my sleep affects my overall score depending on how much I sleep, what time I go to sleep etc, we need to make a change to that, it should exclude my sleep score from the calculation. So it should tell me how my sleep affects the other categories without including the rest category in that calculation.

  700. 700

We need to add step count to the movement log. At the moment we cannot connect the app to my iphone health app which counts the steps so we’ll make it so this figure can be entered manually. So I want the option in my movement parameters to say that on my main workout days I need a pr to get 100% for example but on non pr days, getting 12,000 steps is 60% of my movement ring for example, this all needs to be customisable within the app. We need to treat this like the craft category where I can set independent goals for each of these things, for example, 12,000 steps is 60%, completing a workout is 80%, a pr is 20% etc.

  701. 701

When i start a bouldering workout and it opens in the player, just like for any other workout, i should be able to log what i do - the climbs - from within the player instead of having to press on the three dots then press log climbs.

  702. 702

Let’s change something, our final score for the day only happens when we go to sleep, that is, when I go into player and press start on sleep, not at midnight automatically.

  703. 703

Image 6. I did say the example you gave me last night. I slept from 11 to 7 this morning. I went for a 5K run from 7:30 to 8, then I listened to an audiobook for 20 minutes, but it left out a portion of what I said: the run part.

  704. 704

Image 5: Although I set from 7 to 7:40, the app did not recognise the time that I gave.

  705. 705

Image 2: I asked, "What time do I work out, usually?" but it gave me a duration instead of the specific time of day

  706. 706

Image 3. I asked, "What day do I work out most often?" and it wasn't able to give me an answer.

  707. 707

We need to create a feature where, on Sunday evening, I get to set up my coming week. What I mean by that is, for example, on Sunday I receive my rota for the coming week for work, so I can set which days I'm working. This affects everything else. For example, I do not work out on the same days that I'm working. Within that feature, I can say, "I'm working on Thursday," therefore Thursday's workout will move to Wednesday, etc.

  708. 708

Also, this feature allows me to see if I have any reminders for that week. For example, if there's a birthday coming that week, etc., I can set things in motion to ensure that the week is optimal. This idea needs to be extended to all the app’s features so I am able to set

  709. 709

If I know I have days that will be especially busy and I won't be able to be as productive as usual, I can set them as reduced days or even minimal days. If I say that I have work on a specific day, this should automatically become a reduced day.

  710. 710

Add negatives in exercise, for example, lately I’ve been doing pull up negatives with weight where I start the rep at the top and slowly control the negative but there is no way to log that specifically so we need to add the option of negatives for every exercise where that is appropriate. Also add the option of adding weight to walking as I do walking with a Weighted vest nowadays.

  711. 711

Weekly wrapped, monthly wrapped, yearly wrapped, they need a lot of work.

  712. 712

B side should now be for if we want to have multiple things happening at the same time in the player for example if I am working out AND listening to an audiobook at the same time.

  713. 713

Integrate the interval timer in the player if I do rice bucket training for example.

  714. 714

One issue is now when I do a normal press on the bottom nav it doesn’t open the main category pages.

  715. 715

An issue in the player: when I swipe to another day then swipe back to today it acts as if I’ve pressed the “next track” button and offers to end the activity whilst when I swipe to the previous day then swipe back to today it acts as if I swiped to the “previous” button, this is wrong, swiping to the left or right is only to access other days. If I want to go to the next track and end my current activity or to edit track there are buttons for that.

  716. 716

When I look at the player as it is displayed above the bottom nav, there are these black or grey lines inside it, I still don’t really understand what they are for and I think that we should get rid of them as a result.

  717. 717

Also, when I swipe to future days and look at events that have been planned, I see for example that I have work due the next day at 22:20 which is completely wrong and doesn’t correspond to what I have inputed nor to what is displayed in the calendar, this shouldn’t happen, events that have specific times should appear in the correct place in the player, if they overlap with my routine then the routine has to be changed around that, not the other way around.

  718. 718

That being said, I wasn’t a fan of the fact that we had to long press the bottom nav to open the search bar, it felt like too much work, so we need to find another way, I would prefer to make it even more seamless and frictionless, in fact, I would prefer to prioritise voice control instead of having to type to search, so I would like an always accessible feature that allows us to speak into the app to search for something, this also means that we have to keep improving the search feature which is still far from optimised. The app needs to feel like it has its own AI inside even though I don’t want the app to require an internet or cloud connection, this means the app needs to contain enough algorithms so that whatever the user asks for, the app can find it. This shouldn’t be too complicated as we only expect the app to fetch information which is contained inside the app. In that regard, I cannot manually test every possible question or scenario inside the search bar as the search bar is supposed to be able to retrieve any information I ask for as well as log anything I want to log. I want you to do that, test every possible scenario of what one might search in the search bar, you’ll be much faster than me, do you research, test every possible combination of questions one might ask, things one might want to log, multiple things at once, abbreviations, obscure questions, unclear questions etc and ensure that the app knows how to respond to them.

  719. 719

Another thing I want to try is to get rid of are the quick log buttons altogether, an idea I had is if we long press on the bottom nav, that will be how we open the quick log and a normal press will just open the main pages like before. This would displace the search bar’s long press activation so we would need to find another way to make the search bar accessible at all time in a seamless way.

  720. 720

Also when I press next track on the player to complete a creation session and I get shown the option to tick off any milestones, at the moment it shows all completed milestones at the top and so I have to scroll down to tick the ones that haven’t been ticked yet. This is wrong, the first thing I should see, at the top, is the next milestone that hasn’t yet been completed.

  721. 721

Also, all the grey on the app needs to be made a little darker.

  722. 722

There is also an issue with the day’s expectations, first, when I go to settings and look at minimal and reduced, it mentions specific things like “Natives 9 minutes” or “podcast recording” which doesn’t make sense. also, I noticed yesterday when I completed a task in craft that it was counted as the same percentage of the craft ring as a normal day even though yesterday was a minimal day. This is wrong. If on a normal day “learning Spanish” counts for 15% of the craft ring, then on a minimal day it should count for 3 times that: 45% since a minimal day requires 33% or one third the work as a normal day. That is the point of this minimal and reduced option: a reduced day requires two thirds the amount of work to fill the rings, and a minimal day requires even less: one third of a normal day. One thing to keep in mind though, this should never affect the rest ring, the rest ring should require the same amount regardless of if it is a reduced or minimal day. But the other four categories should adapt if it is a reduced or minimal day.

  723. 723

When I go to previous days using the calendar, I am able to add things to previous days but I should also be able to add that I spent a certain amount of time on something, for example I spent 2 hours on a specific creation project from 10am to 11am yesterday. As a whole, the feature to edit previous days in the calendar needs to be improved and made more intuitive and more all encompassing, I should be able to edit everything and add anything easily. Also, there is no need for a large widget at the top of day view that tells the day expectations, we just need to see if it was normal expectations, reduced or minimal, actually, if it was normal there is no need to say, if it was reduced or minimal, there should just be a small icon somewhere communicating this. And in regard to adding things to a previous day from day view in calendar, that + button should be nearer the top of the screen so that I don’t have to scroll to find it.

  724. 724

When I use the player whilst reading a book or script etc, when I press next to log that I am done and I get to log how many pages I have read, we need to find a way to say that I am finished because for scripts which don’t take much time to finish, it is quite tedious to press + many times or use the keyboard to input that I am on the last page.

  725. 725

The “close today” section that appears in the evening is not good and needs to be fixed. It asks me for things that don’t make sense like have I slept when I clearly logged my sleep already, also, for things that were planned for today and haven’t been done, it should offer me the option to start them in the player so I can do them now.

  726. 726

Let’s work on the weekly, monthly ( which i dont think has been implemented since i didnt see it at the end of the month) and yearly wrapped. For weekly, as we had agreed, we'll do 5 screens. Monthly: 8 screens, and yearly: 13 screens. Now, for weekly, the five screens will correspond to our five categories:

    • One highlight for each category
    • One area to improve for each category
    • The option to look at a chart, like a song chart, where appropriate (for example, in Craft, see which craft we've been the most consistent with, and then the order from the most consistent to the least consistent, which then naturally leads us to the area to work on)

Let's do that. At the top of each screen, we have the highlight for that category, followed by a chart. At the bottom, we have the area to work on.

Obviously, where it's not appropriate (for example, for Rest), we want to express things in the same way because it's not a competition in the same way. We will highlight where events have been timed and how much time has been spent on different creation projects, etc.

For monthly, we have 8 screens to play with. We'll do the same: we'll have the same 5 as weekly for each category, and then we have 3 more screens to highlight a "winner" from the month. We have our line note as well to highlight. This is also something that should happen in the weekly wrap, where we pick our winning liner notes. On the monthly wrap, we need to come up with 3 other screens to highlight other areas, and then likewise for the yearly wrap.

The question is also aesthetic, so I will design how the pages look. I need you to give me a detailed list of all the different options of what might be shown in those screens so that I design accordingly.

  727. 727

The insights page still leaves a lot to be desired, it needs a revamp to be made more useful and allow me to see exactly how my progress is going. In the today section, under rest, it proposes that I sleep 36 minutes extra tonight because I didn’t reach my goal last night but that doesn’t make sense, that’s not how sleep works I can’t just sleep more to catch up so that needs to be fixed. I would like a 5 axis spider chart in the insights page somewhere to display how my different categories are going, overall, find better ways to display the data to make it easy to understand, actionable and useful.

  728. 728

Also, when inside agenda, if I tick something as done, there should be the option to press undo.

  729. 729

In the creation main page, remove the “focus” header. When I click on a project, the section that says what links here, not sure what its purpose is, explain it, also, make it a collapsed venue and put it at the bottom of the page, same for the “preparation” section, it seems useless, let’s remove it or if you can justify its existence then put it at the bottom of the screen. When I click on a project, the main things I want to see are: what percentage of that project has been completed, what is the next milestone to complete, and how much time I have spent on this project. As a whole, this screen needs to be simplified and to put more emphasis on the things that matter most.

  730. 730

In craft there is an issue, I added a new craft called “Ken” and when I want to tick it as done from the quick log page it opens the menu with the options for time this session or log minutes etc even though I specified that this was a done or not done item. Please do a deep dive on the craft section and find any issues that need to be fixed.

  731. 731

In consumption, this category lacks depth. If I say I’m watching a series, I should be able to say how many episodes, seasons etc the series has, has it all been released or are there more seasons coming etc so that when I log an episode I can say I watched episode 3 for example and I can then see what episode I am on. Let’s also add more options for categories in each, for example the option to divide books into fiction and non-fiction as their own sub categories in books which can have their own share of the consumption ring. Also I really don’t like how in the films, short films etc categories it says 0/0.3 films today, it looks strange, this is because I have set a goal for a certain amount in each category but it looks weird. also I have two separate audiobooks categories, this is wrong and needs to be fixed. The icons as shown inside of consumption history are hard to read because they are all inside of circles, let’s try removing the circle and keep just their icons.

  732. 732

For the main rest page, I notice that the “rest” header is lower than the headers on the other category pages, this needs to be fixed. Also, I can select week and month but when I scroll down the pages these options disappear and I have to scroll back up to access them, this is wrong, as I scroll down they should stick to the top of the screen, this is more logical. The section that says “Sleep and your other rings…” until “all day types” you can remove. Remove the “how to read this” section at the bottom. And the “streak rule” sections and the sections below “longer sleep” and “Later wake-ups” that say lower other-ring etc” this whole page has a lot of fluff. let’s stick to the essentials.

  733. 733

For the note taking feature, take inspiration from apple iPhone’s note app and any of the best note taking apps: the ability to add tickable boxes when making a list, bold text, underline, bullet points, numbered list etc. we want the best note taking app imaginable. Also, when I open a note it opens by popping out of the bottom, this is wrong, it should arrive from the right, like apple notes. Also, at the moment we have the little arrow top right of the screen to go back and a lot of empty space to the right of that, this looks wrong, let’s have the title of the folder to the right of that back arrow and the name of any subcategory below that.

  734. 734

Now for the home screen. It’s good at the top though I am not certain of the way the quick action buttons for our 5 categories are displayed, please do some research and find an alternative option that is more optimal.

  735. 735

The widget just below that with what’s the one thing for today and tasks to address needs to be improved. if the fields are empty, they should collapse to take less space. When there is nothing inside of the one thing for today, it should be made smaller instead of having useless text that says “what’s the one thing for today?” Same for the section below, if there is nothing to address then three is no paint having the text that says “nothing to address” plus a “new task” button, “new task” can simply be a “+” button and nothing to address is what opens the agenda so let’s find a more minimalist way to show this. As such, when all three of this fields are empty they should be on a single line, side by side as 3 options: the one thing for today logo as a button, + button and a button to access the agenda.

  736. 736

Bring back a little more data to the main movement page that shows how my sleep affects my overall score (excluding sleep score from the calculation) so I can see if going to bed later/earlier/waking up later/earlier etc, is better or worse

  737. 737

Let’s remove the mic icon, instead, long press on the player will open the search bar in dictation mode with the option to open a keyboard.

  738. 738

Also, let’s swap the controls for the bottom nav, long press for the main page and normal press for quick log now. Also, in quick log, a normal press on item will start it in the player now whereas a longer press is what gives the option to log it and pick how long it was etc.

  739. 739

also the app lags A LOT, everywhere, everything lags, that needs to be fixed right now.

  740. 740

Now for the main movement page. The main issue here is goal setting. I set a goal for climbing hours per week but it shows up inside of “workouts” this is wrong, it should be shown just below my exercise streak as this is a weekly goal and I need to see this as soon as I open the movement page. Now, when I go into “workouts” this is the page where I see all of the workouts I have created. For some reason, “With xxxxxx” isn’t shown here, it should be. There is a section that says “these two weeks” and one that says “plan” and they are quite redundant and each hard to use and understand. The goal for this feature is that I allocate my workouts to certain days so that I can ensure I hit certain muscles regularly, it should be simple and seamless, do as much research as you need on workout, exercise, fitness apps to determine the best way to deliver this feature. The goal is simple. I have created myself a workout plan which features 4 workouts different workouts, 2 on week 1 and 2 on week 2, therefore it is a 2 week cycle, but one might want to create a 3 or 4 week cycle. And I also have “With xxxxxx” which is a workout I do twice every week. So I want a place where I can set these recurring workouts seamlessly. Then we have a goals section and this feels confusing too because the first part of it is long term goals on specific lifts which is good, but then the second part is my goals for which exercises to hit weekly/biweekly and how many times. It feels odd to have these two things bunched into one category, there needs to be a more intuitive way to do this. Also, in terms of data, this page is quite poor. I should be able to see my progress overall as well as my progress on specific lifts over time, that feature needs to be added in a seamless manner. Another issue is that when the graph shows training volume it takes into account days where I didn’t workout therefore showing 0, this is wrong and the graph is quite hard to read regardless, that needs to be improved. As a whole, the movement page needs to be improved to prioritise the most important information and most used features as well as offer more in depth information on one’s progress. Also, the “history” button in the top right is too large, it should match the size of the buttons in the corner of the main consumption, craft and creation pages.

  741. 741

1, i'll test the 75 seconds version but before you build it, do ensure that it does all it needs to do. In my case for example, think in terms of if I download the app again, I would have to fill in all my craft categories, projects in creation, etc, so that’s a lot of options one can go through, does that really all fit inside of 75 seconds?

  742. 742

2, do what you think is best.

  743. 743

3, do what you think is best.

  744. 744

4, do what you think is best.

  745. 745

5, do what you think is best.

  746. 746

We need an ultra instinct mode discoverable by pressing the bottom navigation and dragging it upwards. This is where we can time block our day very specifically, set exact things at exact time and this creates an interval timer in playlist format for the whole day. All i then need to do is tick things as done when they are done. If not they enter todo list.

  747. 747

When looking at my timeline in the homepage, they should be separated based on where they occurred using the location tracking. So this way I can know that over 5 hours at home I did this and that and then I spent this amount of time at the gym and did this and that etc.

  748. 748

But as a whole, automation is something we need to spend a lot of time on to ensure that the users need to interact with the app as little as possible in order to get a satisfying experience.

  749. 749

Audible, for example, should automatically input how much I've listened to instead of me having to do that manually, etc., with any Apple thing that is relevant. Or even other workout apps should be able to connect to the everything app.

  750. 750

Therefore, we want to be able to connect it. For example, the rest and movement categories are things where, if you have an Apple Watch, a Whoop, a Fitbit Air, or any kind of wearable, these should be able to connect to the app and automatically record your sleep score, your steps, etc., and your rest score. These things score your rates of exertion as well, so these things should be able to connect to the app.

  751. 751

I will get the Apple developer subscription soon so that we can start testing the app in a more realistic format. The idea is to make it as seamless to use as possible and automate as much as possible.

  752. 752

We also need to work on our weekly recap and monthly recap. Make it more aesthetically pleasing, more enjoyable, and more shareable, something that people will want to share. The aesthetic is lacking at the moment in that department. We need to make it more interesting.

  753. 753

Let's think about how we structure this onboarding: where we start, where we finish. To make it seamless and enjoyable, make people feel like the app is truly trying to get to know them in order to tailor the experience to them specifically.

  754. 754

Essentially, the onboarding asks who they are and what their interests are. At the moment, we have categories which fit my life specifically, so we will need to broaden our horizons to make the app fit anyone. We'll need to add more categories in every category:

    • consumption
    • exercise
    • rest
    • movement
    • creation
    • craft

We need to have all the categories imaginable so that when someone goes through the onboarding process, they can easily find things that are relevant to them.

  755. 755

We need to work on the onboarding now. That is crucial. It needs to be simple, fast, and intuitive. We don't want people to get bored or annoyed with it.

  756. 756

We also need to work on our widgets. At the moment they are no good.

  757. 757

Another way I want to change the search feature is that I don't want a keyboard. Instead, I want us to be able to speak. We need to build a Wispr Flow-level transcriber so that I can just speak into the search feature. For example, if I want to add reminders, etc., I can just speak in natural style, and the app picks up on all these things.

  758. 758

From home screen. If i click on add to-do it lags a lot and when i type it lags too.

  759. 759

The plan my week feature lacks depth. Also I should be able to access it not only on Sunday, if that’s already the case then I don’t know where I can access it from outside of Sunday.

  761. 761

This is a step in the right direction but there are issues. 1, energy being in the bottom right corner, when I go over that area my finger is blocking it so I don’t see what I am doing, 2, the whole thing is too small and there is too much clutter, many things are obvious like the fact that 5 is high and 1 is low, this is the reason we added the colors, so remove any unnecessary stuff. 3, this should feel like it takes over the screen more instead of being so small and confined inside of a widget, I want an immersive full screen experience and find a way that I can still do this with a single touch without blocking important information

  762. 762

For mood energy check in, let’s pick 3 and put them on a three axis circle thing where we can fill all of them up with one touch.

  763. 763

i don't like it, it doesn't feel nor look good. i realize now that we need a lot more haptic feedback, would it be possible to have increasing haptic feedback depending on where we score, so low haptic feedback at 1 and stronger haptic feedback at 5. Think in terms of the classic iPod’s wheel, this is what I want it to feel like. As such, we need to simplify our check in to 4 categories rather than 5, I’ll let you decide how we do that, and it will work similarly to the iPod with one category at the top, one on the bottom, one left and one right. Do as much research as you need to determine the best way to implement this feature for a seamless user experience and elegant and minimalist ui.

  764. 764

this is better but it still doesn’t feel right, it’s not as intuitive or seamless as it could be. Think in terms of if apple designed it but with a slightly playful tone. Also we need more haptic feedback and I find that as I drag from one category to the next it tend to sometimes accidentally change what I had inputed for the previous category which doesn’t feel good. Ideally, I would like this to be circular if that’s possible, rather than a pentagon.

  765. 765

This is a step in the right direction, but now we are unable to complete this with one touch. It takes multiple touches. Also, you've added unnecessary little lines around the circle, a lot of little white lines, which clog up the interface and are ugly. Once again, we want it as minimalist as possible, and we need to find a way to make it doable and completeable in a single touch.

  766. 766

Let’s change it, inwards to outwards to increase or decrease score and circular motion to go to the next category.

  767. 767

Also, every ring except rest should be able to overflow.

  768. 768

We need separate categories within books for fiction and non-fiction.

  769. 769

Image 7: remove the “the day album” button for ever

  770. 770

Image 1: there’s this little icon atop the keyboard to close it, it looks really ugly and out of place, find a more elegant way to place it.

  771. 771

Image 2: when I swipe to delete a column of a set I get this white rectangle, this doesn’t make sense, it’s unclear what it does and looks ugly, please fix that. Also there’s this “progress” button and a lot of negative space around it, this looks wrong, find another way to display/place it so it doesn’t create all this negative space, it should be more minimalist, subtle and elegant.

  772. 772

Image 3: this is a clear improvement of our wrapped but it still lacks character and looks very bland. Let’s take inspiration from Spotify wrapped and create something that people will want to share with their friends, we want a more interesting aesthetic, it should be in a similar style to our wallpapers for the player, that kind of aesthetic.

  773. 773

Image 4: the start this session button is competing with the save button, it looks ugly and confusing, there needs to be a clear hierarchy, please fix it.

  774. 774

Image 6: the bar with the features such as underline etc looks very ugly and it looks like it doesn’t belong there, let’s make it more coherent within the app and smoother and less ugly.

  775. 775

Image 9: there is an issue with score counting, it says I got 100% total but based on the numbers displayed, since I only got 97% on rest I couldn’t possibly get 100% total. This is probably because I got more than 100% on some of the other categories. This needs to be saved. If I get more than 100% on any category, this needs to be displayed here for future reference so if I go back to a past day I don’t get confused as I do here currently.

  776. 776

Image 5: this looks very cramped, let’s let it breathe and make it more engaging.

  777. 777

Image 8: the top corner of the exercise widgets are right angles instead of being rounded like their bottom corners, this is wrong and looks incoherent, they should all be rounded.

  778. 778

Image 9: as you can see the info doesn’t make sense, it says “days at 100=0” but it also says “best day ever=100”, except if this info is regarding a specific period of time, in which case, as I scroll down the page, the option to view week, month etc should stay visible at the top of the screen otherwise it’s confusing. There also seems to be repeating info in this page, this shouldn’t happen, this page should tell me all I need to know about how I’m doing. I like the balance widget and the categories with their graphs you just need to ensure this page combines all the information the app has and displays it in a manner that is easy to understand. There aren’t many changes to make here. Also, I log mood and energy etc daily, that should be visible on this page too, I need to see how this data may correlate with all the data this app records, do I get a higher overall score on days where my mood is higher? Do I get a lower creation score on days where my physical is higher? You get the gist, I’ll trust you to structure it in such a way that the app is most useful to its user.

  779. 779

Image 8: When i set up my coming week and add work days, it should automatically know i work 10am to 5pm there needs to be a place where i can set that as the standard in the app.

  780. 780

Image 7: what’s happening at the top of the page? This is wrong, as I scroll down the colourful background disappears, it shouldn’t remain at the top of the screen.

  781. 781

Image 6: the log climbs ui needs to be improved, make it more minimalist, remove useless text. Also when I input a level for example v3 at the top, if I close the player and return to it, it returns to v0 which is wrong, it should stay at the same level I set. Overall, make this whole thing take less space so it’s easier to use.

  782. 782

Image 5: there should be a button to close the agenda in the top right.

  783. 783

Image 4: the delete button looks fine but the text below it that says “delete set” is useless and forces the button to be misaligned so remove the text and find a more elegant way for the delete button to be appear, it should be connected with the row of the set, like in apple’s voice memo app.

  784. 784

Image 3: the typeface for the big “Graphic design” at the top which is used across the wraps screens is very ugly, let’s use something else that is more elegant and simple.

  785. 785

Image 2: it says 10 personal records but it doesn’t say what their weights were and how much of an increase they were percentage wise which makes this whole screen quite useless.

  786. 786

Image 1: when the rings overlap it should look more like the apple rings where it’s gradual rather than what looks like an another ring overlapping it. Also, as you can see, there is a popup that says “creation complete” which ends up getting hidden by the iPhone’s native pill at the top of the screen. Instead, for these things, notifications etc, let’s copy apple’s face recognition id where the pill seems to extend with the green icon, let’s copy that for all such notifications.

  787. 787

When I'm finished with a reading session and I get to input the page number, let's implement a classic iPod wheel style that allows me to get to my number quickly, but with precision as well, with that nice haptic feedback That the classic iPod had

  788. 788

I want to be able to combine projects, for example, tide hill and aphelion have been combined recently into one game so I need to be able to say that in the app and combine them.

  789. 789

For my liner notes highlights, it seems like I cannot edit past highlights to change what my highlight was for a previous week or month.

  790. 790

Add a mood checkin thing at midday

  791. 791

How do i save a workout? Today i need a new workout but I can’t find how to save it so i can re-use it.

  792. 792

When I open the creation page I should be able to long press a project to get the option to delete it.

  793. 793

In counting my score for movement, bouldering should be a separate category to workout.

  794. 794

Also, our settings menu feels messy, let’s clean it up and make it more easy to navigate and remove any unnecessary clutter.

  795. 795

When I close quick log pages the screen goes black for a moment, that needs to be fixed.

  796. 796

The iPod-like wheel in quick low for consumption needs to be added anywhere it makes sense, especially for all consumption items such as audiobook etc.

  797. 797

Now that we have the ipod wheel we can remove the “finished” buttons in the player for consumption

  798. 798

Let’s change our top of the screen, now, we will extend the top black pill horizontally, we’ll have the time on the left, and on the right a battery icon that shows us our score for the day. When there is a notification from the app such as something has been logged, the pill collapses horizontally to the size of the native pill then the animation we currently have of it expanding downwards happens, do you understand? Also, when I pull the screen down to open a new note, an animation should occur expanding the notes screen from the top pill.

  799. 799

Also, I've noticed on the main movement page that there is an icon in the top right corner to see my history, and it's not aligned with the text that says "Movement". Additionally, when I open that history page, the text that says "History", along with the X to close it, are overlapping with the widgets, so that needs to be fixed. It's not good. Also, the animation when I pull down the screen to open the notes page is not good. It should expand from the native pill and expand down. I can give you a video reference for that. Also, once it's open, the Done button in the top left overlaps with the text, so that's also something that needs to be fixed.

  800. 800

The iPod-style wheel you've added: when I log the books in the player, it works well, but the aesthetic is not good. I want it to be minimalist, so remove all the little lines you added. Make it look like the iPod's wheel, very minimalist, and just put a minus and a plus button on the left and right for more precision. That's it.

  801. 801

Furthermore, our state checkin In with how we feel etc can be used in conjunction with our sleep score to help define our optimal sleep length and recovery practices etc.

  802. 802

A Question: the night before last night I went to sleep around 3am, I recorded working on “Kong” for 1 hour 26 minutes in creation and it shows on my timeline today but it hasn’t been added to my score today so did it count for yesterday’s score since it took place before I went to bed?

  803. 803

There is an app called secondbrain which uses a gemini api and once can simply chat with the app and it listens and acts accordingly and it works really well, I want to do the exact same thing because at the moment, out api is not working so well and isn’t as powerful so take a long at the app I mentioned, how they did it, and let\s replicate that. I want to be able to just rattle off and speak and say, "Yesterday, add that I watched this movie by this director. Also, today, add a reminder at 2 pm to go grocery shopping. Next week, I have to go to a party at 8 pm." I want to be able to just list off a bunch of things, and Claude inside of the app takes care of it.

  804. 804

Also, when I open the quick log pages, we get an X on the top right to close that. Let's remove the X completely.

  805. 805

Next to the native pill, The battery one is good, except let's make it more minimalist, much more minimalist, a bit more like our weekly scores are shown in the pill underneath the rings, for example: something simple and minimalist like this. The time will stay, and that's it in that regard.

  806. 806

I really don't like the extension of the pill and how it looks. Instead of the pill extending, we won't extend the pill, but we will add buttons and whatnot there on the sides including the time

  807. 807

When I go to a previous day on the calendar and I press the plus button to add an entry, I want to add that I watched a series yesterday. I watched 80% of episode 2 of Cape Fear, but it does not give me the option to do so. It wants me to write by hand what I watched, which doesn't make sense because I already have Cape Fear logged. I watched episode 1 already, so it shouldn't be so complicated. I should just be able to click on the cape here and add an episode.

  808. 808

Also i want to be able to log everything through siri without having to open the app.

  809. 809

Inside the player, if i set a timer for something then the timer goes off but I want to keep going, it should automatically keep going now as a stopwatch.

  810. 810

In the player I moved today’s workout to tomorrow but when I open movement quick log it still appears there.

  811. 811

Then I wanted to move yesterday’s workout ,which I skipped - the one named “with xxxxxx” - to today, but I can’t find a way to do that so this is a flaw of the app, either there is a way and it’s too complicated to find, or there isn’t a way to do that and one needs to be added.

  812. 812

In movement quick log, I don’t like the “cancel” button. Start workout is the main button and it looks good but cancel looks off. additionally, there should also be an option to move the workout to another day there. So let’s leave the start workout button as is, and below we’ll have the cancel and move buttons side by side but they should be a darker shade of grey, still with red text.

  813. 813

When i log a podcast in consumption if i log more than one it combines them into one entry instead of separate entries as it should.

  814. 814

We need to improve the app in a specific way: at the moment it is tedious to reschedule things, all things. That’s not good. It should be seamless to move things around, if a workout has to be moved to another day, if an event has to be moved, if anything has to be moved or cancelled or place on hold, for example we had planned to go to the cinema on Monday but had to cancel, I should be able to say “put this on hold” and once we have a date to reschedule it to I can just assign that date to it and take in out of the “on hold’ category.

  815. 815

Also, we need to work on the widgets for our app, at the moment they are terrible.

  816. 816

We need to make the onboarding a lot more fun, minimalist, elegant and fun, there’s nothing people like more than talking about themselves so let’s find a fun, seamless way to make them reveal themselves to the app, every screen should require as little touches as possible, but it should be visually engaging, people should delete the app and re-download it just so they can go through the onboard again, do as much research as you need to achieve that

  817. 817

I’ve noticed that when I change the settings inside of creation for the weight of a certain duration of time in creation it doesn’t actually get changed how I want it, please review every category and ensure that when I change things in the settings it actually does get changed.

  818. 818

I just tried logging that I watched a series yesterday. I also watched 60% of Cape Fear episode 2, so I tried to add it to yesterday. All it shows is that it says series, 0 episodes, and 1,200, which doesn't make sense. I don't know what it means, but it's certainly not logging what I wanted to log. Can you please look into that?

  819. 819

Also, there are those three horizontal lines on the far left of the row. I don't like this. It takes space, and it's unnecessary.

  820. 820

Also, the gap between the save button and the rows of numbers is too big. The gap above the edit and the set text is way too big. There's a lot of negative space that makes it feel wrong, so let's fix that as well. And also, the space between the rows feels excessive. I feel like we're wasting a lot of space. I would prefer if the numbers for the sets and reps were the same size as they are, but I would prefer if we remove those three horizontal lines on the left and the space between the rows was a lot less than it is now.

  821. 821

Image 1: Also, I don't like how, when there's a weight PR, all the numbers are moved to the left. That's unnecessary. If there's a PR, let's just put the white outline on that row.

  822. 822

The player no longer opens to the top of the screen. It cuts short, just towards the bottom of the native iPhone build. That's wrong. It needs to be full screen all the way to the top of the iPhone screen.

  823. 823

We need to add a "Tomorrow" notification in the evening, let's say around 7pm, for example, although that should be customizable, of course. That shows us whatever's due tomorrow, so that needs to be a daily thing where we get a notification that shows us what's due tomorrow.

  824. 824

As you can see from the screenshots, the data being reported regarding the bench press is wrong, as I have done more than the 1-rep max it's suggesting multiple times recently. Why is that happening?

  825. 825

We need to add a feature by which we can put negative percentage for certain things at the moment we can just pick percentage as a positive but for example if we have bad habits that we want to keep track of as well you can just put the percentage of the negative for every category in the app all five categories need to have the option to put it as a negative.

  826. 826

We need differnet colors and icons for different event types like work etc this should be customizable

  827. 827

Once again, the player needs to be fixed because some things are just not working properly. Also, if I want to have multiple things going on in the player at once (say I'm listening to an audiobook and that's going on in the player, and then I want to work out at the same time), I should get the option to either stop the previous track that was in the player or to run it alongside. Now, if I'm running two things alongside, I should be able to access either easily, and I should be able to control either with the same amount of control as if there was just one thing, right? It should be more intuitive than it is currently.

  828. 828

I've attached the prompt for you to review what ChatGPT's done. What it has done right is now the events: I can pick an icon and a colour for that icon. That works properly, so that's good. Apart from that, it's a lot of mess that ChatGPT has done.

  829. 829

Also, it's added a faded black at the top of the screen that wasn't there before. That needs to be removed completely. We just want to have the pill at the top of the screen: the time on the left of the pill with no background, and on the right, whatever is happening currently (for example, the interval timer).

  830. 830

Also, there's a bunch of text on the main screen of the player. Currently, it says, "Rest usually slips on Saturdays, done on 0 of the last 12, blah blah blah." All this text needs to be removed. It's completely useless. Even at the top of the screen, it says, "Rest 0%, movement done, blah blah blah." All this text is useless. It makes the whole page feel cluttered, so let's remove that.

  831. 831

Also, now in the player, there's so much text. There's so much information. It was better before when it just said how likely an item is to happen and when something is usually logged, based on how many weeks and what time. That's all useless, and it takes too much space.

  832. 832

We had recently built this prompt, which we sent to ChatGPT-6 Astra to fix, and it did a terrible job at most things. The player doesn't work properly. For some reason, it's still saying that I'm on bench press even now, even though I did that this morning. Just the player doesn't work properly as a result.
