In a darkened apartment at night, Souleymane Avice peers through a telephoto lens on a tripod to photograph a distant illuminated lattice tower, neighbouring apartment windows and the street below. Through the viewfinder he notices a dark hooded figure standing beside parked cars and staring directly up at his window. As a high-pitched metallic drone builds and the lights flicker out, dark hooded figures appear standing and sitting motionless inside his apartment.
